Perched on a hill, the existing single storey pavilion had to be demolished and expanded to accommodate the children who have grown up and a bigger entertainment area.
Mindful not to overwhelm the scale of the main house, the new extension is sculptured into a series of pavilions perched together like in a Chinese painting (山水画).
