We sourced a few ID for our matrimonial home after we got our keys in late February 2020. With little experience and knowledge in Reno, we were paranoid about the possible hidden cost and hiccups that would come our way. When we finally settled on Key Concept, engaged by Jay Chung, we were confident that he will do a good job in our reno project. Unfortunately, Covid came and our project got delayed for close to 4months. On top of which, there were many mistakes that were made by the contractors engaged by Key Concept. For example, wrong vinyl direction for one of our bedrooms, poor workmanship of Balcony decking and worst of all, master bedroom wardrobe was wrongly designed. Carpenters have to visit our place for 4 times to fix the issue. However, with all the mistakes and errors, we are thankful to have Jay Chung to rectify them regardless. Although there are some delays in between, Jay consistently tried to mend it by engaging with his contractors and supervisors. He received our feedbacks and our laments positively, such attitude is what Key Concept should be proud of. We learnt it’s not which ID company you engaged, it’s which ID we engaged. Jay may not have the best experience in reno but the way he handles the defects and mistakes comfort us from time to time. Now, Jay is more like a friend to us than one time project client. I am certain in time, Jay would be a valuable asset to Key Concept.
