My friends have introduced me to this company. After some discussion with Lynn and Mr Poh from LS2, and visited their company website, we quite like their their design style. Hence, we engaged them to renovate our 4 bedrooms EC.
The senior designer’s Lynn have excellence design knowledge, patience and always willing to listen. She is always ready to offer ideas and alternative solutions whenever you need one, at the same time maintain the overall design style/concept throughout. She has done an excellence job to transformed our inception ideas into a completed unit which is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Mr Poh is an excellent project manager. He possess very good construction knowledge, ability to plan the work well in ahead and give clear instruction to workers and subcontractors. He is also very good at customer care, very approachable and humble, willing to help, able to give practical solution to construction problems.
Below is what i have experienced (but not limited to) during the construction period:
• They have done a very good protection works to the entire unit before carryout construction works.
• Always ensure daily cleaning by workers / Sub-contractors.
• Use skilled workers and experiences subcontractors to ensure workmanship at highest standard.
• Lynn and Mr Poh regularly discuss the design matter with us and update the construction progress through either face to face meeting or Whatapps messages.
• Complete the works on time and on budget.
I find them pleasant to work with and very reliable. You can always count on them to do a proper ID renovation works.
