The design phase was good as the ID had gave multiple ideas that is similar to the designs we had in mind. Despite many changes throughout the process, the ID manage to deliver the designs as discussed. As for the workmanship, due to covid, there was a number of delays whereby in one week the contractors could only come once or twice with minimum manpower. We felt that if this issue could be resolved, the whole reno could have taken a shorter period.
