Vincent & Jean were very professional & understood what I wanted for my 30 year old home. As it is the 1st time the whole house is going through a major reno, I had many queries & they answered them in the most professional capacity. I told them I needed the house to be simple, elderly-friendly & easy to maintain for my aging parents. They were thorough with all their explanations & the quality of materials used were great. The house now feels more comfortable, spacious & warm. Talking to them is like talking to old friends, the rapport felt friendly, natural & not business-like at all, like you are supporting your own friend's business. Any issues were rectified as soon as possible.
