Universally considered as one of the pillars of the modern Ad agency, Leo Burnett embodies a rich lineage of contemporary creative thinking infused with age-old heritage and values. Situated in a free plan space on the 2nd floor of a recently restored conservation building, the journey forms a continuous loop around the office. Rich materiality is found in the concrete floors, bespoke desks forming a checkered pattern of plywood patterns and milky white mirrored epoxy resin flooring. Design features include gigantic graffiti style mural of Leo, anamorphic art and gold-gilded wheel barrows overloaded with trophies. Awards: This project has won the coveted Top award “Interior Design of the Year” at the International Design Awards 2010, USA, also winning the accolade “Interior Designer of the Year” for MOD. In addition, the project also won the Gold Prize for Best Office, by Modern Decoration Awards, Shenzhen 2010; Finalist in the Commercial Category, Perspective Awards, Hong Kong; and Finalist for Best Office Category, in World Architecture News Design Awards UK, 2011.

About Ministry of Design

Ministry of Design was created by Colin Seah to Question, Disturb & Redefine the spaces, forms and experiences that surround us and give meaning to our world. An integrated spatial-design practice, MOD's explorations are created amidst a democratic 'studio-like' atmosphere and progress seamlessly between form, site, object and space.
