“Probably the only design firm that includes furnishings in our price tag.” Renovation: $30,000 Furnishings: $25,000 Total: $55,000 We created this muted grey Scandinavian theme home, partly to match their existing wood cabinets supplied by their developer, keeping our colour palette consistent throughout the entire house. We adjusted the layout by hacking some walls to allow more natural light to stream into their study area. Picking bold white frames for the study room to tie-in with our geometric feature TV wall that also has clean white lines. We kept renovation minimal and had replaced several carpentry works with loose furnishings to keep cost low.
