Pasir Ris Drive 1 (Block 635)

I have a few IDs from Qanvast but decided to go with Michael after speaking to him. Mydesign may not be the cheapest in all the quotes but I guess I trusted my gut even though I had no references or friends feedback to rely on. After a week after signing the contract, I met up with Michael to go through the design and gave my inputs. He was open and was also practical when giving me suggestions to consider. At times, I tend to be emotional and forget about the practicalities but he will sound me out. Also as I was a frequent traveller, he updates me regularly with every job that he is doing including taking videos or photos. I appreciate that he was proactive and responsive. Even while furniture shopping, I send him photos sporadically and spontaneously and he responds almost immediately. I am thankful that I can have my dream home after working with him.
