Compassvale Boardwalk

I and my wife met Jeraldine earlier in April roughly about 1 month before we got out keys to our new 5-room BTO(back then we still didnt know when we getting our keys). We went through several quotations and the designs we wanted with her. She was very professional and very prompt in giving us ideas and the draft drawings came fast. Fast forward, we got our keys in May, and Philip came to join Jeraldine, helping us with defect checks prior to the start of renovations. We also went to choose tiles and all the bathroom and lighting items with them. From time to time we requested Jeraldine for timeline progress of renovations and she too was able to provide us. Renovations started from the bathrooms masonry to electrical works, followed by the false ceilings, plumbing works, paint works, carpentry, and lastly lighting works. Throughout every work, we dropped by to check on the progress and whenever there were any issues, we raised up to Jeraldine and she was able to get the rectifications done promptly. From May to August we have given our trust to Jeraldine and her team to work on our new house and we finally took over from them. We are satisfied with the service and professionalism that she gave us to assure that we are happy with the outcome of the renovations.
