Bidadari Park Drive

We were looking for interior design ideas for our new home on Facebook when we came across Space Atelier and were really impressed by their projects where their designs were modern and spacious with well-coordinated colours. Decided to reach out and met Leon Teh in his office. As we were not able to explain well on our design preferences and have very limited knowledge of interior designing, Leon was extremely patient and knowledgeable in walking us through with pictures and his drawings for 3.5 hours! He and his team were extremely responsive and provided us the 3D rendering drawings in less than 3 days. Of course, being our 1st home, we met Leon a couple more times to discuss further where he gladly met us over many evenings after our work and also over the weekends. He wasn't even sales pushy in which we really appreciate in order to think things through.

We decided to engage him knowing he will deliver top notched quality work for our home within our budget. During the project, Leon always make a point to be present on site to monitor the works. He also provided us with a calendar of work schedules so that we can visit and address any concern immediately. This is super useful as it provided us with transparency of the timelines and kept us engaged with him during the project. In this project, I also requested a customised ceiling wine rack and island top where Leon spent a lot of time sourcing for us according to our drawings and we are delighted of the products as they were accordingly to plan and the workmanships were superb; the materials used are of good quality too. We researched and understand the importance of good quality materials that are durable so they can withstand daily usage. During the project, we did noticed some uneven painting and cracks appearing behind our hanging TV wall and Leon quickly rectified them the next day. He also helped us handled a choked manhole and many times, rolled up his sleeves and help in the cleaning and lights fixings. He knows so much and many times, I am amazed with passion at work. Definitely not a typical ID designer. Not to mention, I also bothered Leon during my furniture hunting for material and colour suitability to our design and he's always so attentive to us by sharing his views and recommendations.

We have also introduced our friends to Leon as I am confident Leon and Space Atelier, with their professional experiences, responsiveness and passion, will be able to provide them with good advices and designs for their home!
