To be honest Starry Homestead was not in our list of renovation at the beginning. Husband and I chance upon while we were at Balestier and decided to go in and have a look. We were served by ID Yong Jun. ID Yong Jun was nice , friendly and approachable. We had told him what we wanted , he noted it and drafted a 3D out on his computer and presented it to us. The 3D was exactly what my husband and I wanted. The design’s really amazing! After discussing on the quotations , we went ahead to confirm Starry Homestead and discard the rest of the other companies. During the renovations there bounce to be ups and downs . Measurement of the table wrongly done etc but was rectified after pointed out. Though sometimes ID response was alittle slow but he will try to get back and help us solve the problems. We would also like to thank ID Cavan for tagging ID Yong Jun to guide and assist on our project. We really appreciate it. She was professional and patience . Overall ratings was good. Design: 5/5 ID: 4/5 ( Nice , friendly but need to be more confident, responsive and firm ) 加油 Workmanship: 2.5/5 ( We’ve gotten a not so good source out contractor , workmanship done was not really good. Finishing for some areas was also not beautifully done (不是很耐) after staying for 3 months a few area starts to have abit of peeling. Abit of sting smell in study room drawer and kitchen cabinet . We will contact ID Yong Jun to help us on this. Overall , We really love our house design . The design , the colours combination , the details of the lightings . We had that modern cozy feel when we come back home. During house warming , relatives and friends kept praising that the house was so cozy , so spacious , so beautiful makes me never regret choosing Starry Homestead. Thank you ID Yong Jun and Cavan ♥️
