I had an excellent experience with Clarice. I am an owner of a 5-room resale HDB and due to its old condition I need to do almost 100% renovation, and Clarice helpfully guides me step by step through my renovation experience. For my home design, I wanted an industrial style and I noticed that Swiss Interior has some portfolio with such design, this is one of the reasons for my choice, and the second main reason is Clarice's cheerful and friendly attitude. She highlights that the proposed cost will be different from the final cost from the beginning, especially when I want better and more durable quality for my renovation. Clarice helped to find the right furniture and design to create an industrial theme home and gave good suggestions on the kind of shelves and built-in wardrobes that suit the live style of my husband and me (especially when we requested built-in shelves for our action figures collection). We, fortunately, had our renovation at the end of the circuit breaker period, so the renovation was faster than predicted. We began in mid-March and the renovation ended at the end of May. Even after we move in, Clarice helpfully assist us with furniture touch-ups. Overall, we are satisfied with our ID, she really helped us design our dream home.
