We went looking for IDs for our new 4-room BTO during the circuit breaker period. After talking to a few IDs, we decided to go with Kent @ Swiss Interior. Kent was very patient and listened to our needs and wants. He also gave us a tour of the showroom, and explained the different materials and interior furnishings. During our initial consultations, he helpfully pointed out pros and cons of the design features we wanted, which was very helpful for first time home owners like us. He made himself available to meet up and answered our questions. All these made us very comfortable with him as our ID, and hence our decision to go with him. Our renovation was quite painless for us. Kent made the whole renovation process step by step, which helps us to break down any big decision that we needed to make into smaller decisions. He also gave us space and time to make big decisions, such as wall colors, tile selection and carpentry design. In addition, he also gave updates on our renovation progress, along with photos, so that we could have an idea of the works being done when we were busy with work to come down to view the house. The works were done within the time frame he gave us, and was generally without issues. Any rectifications were done within reasonable time and before handover. All in all, we were happy with the end results, and having engaged Kent and Swiss Interior as our ID.
