My husband and I were introduced to Ivonne when we wanted to do our home renovation. Ivonne has been professional, sincere and genuine from the start, she has been there since day 1 and never failed to check on us. We are unsure of how our renovation will turn out and it is not easy to visualize especially before 3D was given to us , but Ivonne is always very patient with us and always do her best to ensure we understand what we will be getting as well as helping us to visualize the design much better. Definitely there will be small hiccups during 2-3months long journey, but Ivonne handled it very well and professionally, overall experience with Ivonne & the team is awesome. Lastly, the workmanship & after sales service definitely meets my expectation.Even after the hand over, Ivonne is still very prompt and always ready to assists us whenever needed.
