Nine Residences @ Yishun

Industrial concept can look luxe and modern at the same time, this is proven by our designers who had just completed a project at Yishun - Nine Residences Condominium. The modern industrial themed apartment has a ton of interesting elements to examine, we are totally smitten with this place! During the initial stage when both the homeowners and interior designers had a discussion about the requirements and design, the client requested for a cafe lookalike home and would love to have their TV hidden away in the living room whenever not in use. Our designers decided to incorporate a customized sliding barn door - the dimensions of the TV feature & display shelving were carefully planned so it would be just nice to conceal the TV, while at the same time able to showcase the homeowner’s unique display pieces. Another interesting element would be the mesh doors. The meaning of industrial means we have to get as raw and as ‘dirty’ as much as we can. Smart choice, because the electronic devices can still be detected by the remote controllers. Last but not least, we have to credit the homeowners as well, they have great taste in choosing the right pendant lights that are hanging throughout the space. They work to accentuate and equally define areas while providing necessary light as well as being attractive pieces that enhance the decor!
