Scope of work: Relocation of wall to make room bigger, built in carpentry for kitchen, new doors and repainting works From the get-go, Xavier was earnest, worked fast and was very professional in settling all the pre-reno items including material selection and schedule of works. The actual work commenced with a minor hiccup regarding door positioning, but Xavier was prompt in providing multiple solutions to remedy the problem. We are very impressed with the workmanship and quality of the items provided. His team of contractors were professional, worked fast and were also very accommodating to our last minute requests. Xavier was able to keep within our budget, and was able to expedite the entire renovation process to finish in around 2/3 of the proposed time.
