Have wanted to reno my kitchen for a longest time and gotten quotes from a few companies to assess who will give me most confidence to begin with. (I wanted a cemented support for the sink area, an easily accessible chute and ample storage space) Kelan from U -Home Interior (IMM Branch) convinced me she can help me realize the request. Though the renovation cost may not be the best, I am glad to have chosen to work with Kelan Law on my kitchen Reno. From conception to completion, Kelan made the kitchen reno an enjoyable and enriching experience, at least for me. I learned a lot from Kelan and her crew during the entire process, and find it very interesting. The crew is very skilled and professional, especially Kelan, who is efficient, responsive, understands client’s needs and easy to communicate with. There were hiccups along the way, Kelan was always available to answer questions, address concerns and changes with professionalism, calmness and promptness. She also offered some good recommendation in choosing the tiles. The work site was cleared up every day and the disruption to us was kept to the minimal, even though we lived in the house while the renovation was going on. One of my neighbours gave thumbs up to the team and even commented they didn't realise my renovation has started as the noise level has kept to the minimum. After the handover, the service/support from Kelan is commendable when I have some problem with the shaky tap faucet and water splash back issue at the sink. She even bought an fixing adapter and got the plumber to fix it just before the CNY, while she was on leave. Given her advice, I got an faucet extension and the splash back issue is resolved. I am very pleased with my remodeled kitchen, it looks so neat and bright, the chute area is nicely covered up and very accessible, and all the storage spaces I have always wanted. My neighbours dropped by to view the site during the reno and commented it's nicely done. Relatives and friends who visited during the CNY are all with praises that the kitchen is beautifully renovated. I would highly recommend U-Home Interior & Kelan Law as a dependable, honest and skilled company to any homeowners and any future projects.
