I get to know this ID from a Qanvast event. The ID, Kalvin, provides ideas that fit my requirements right from the start. I would say he understands what we really wanted. The experience working with the ID was good. He is not pushy and never overcommits. Some IDs promised you the sky but never mention the drawbacks. I could go for a 2 weeks holidays despite the fact that the renovation was still on-going. The only problem that we encountered is that the renovation did not manage to complete within schedule but that is not really very critical as it was just a week late.

I get to know about this ID through Qanvast recommendation. We feel very comfortable with this ID. The ID was very accommodating to match our demands and the pricing is one of the better ones. The whole renovation was quite okay. The ID completed what needs to be done. We gave the ID a very tight deadline and the ID was able to finish all the major works before we move in. We do have complaints about some renovation works but the ID came back to rectify. Until now, our house still pending some touchup that needs to do. The ID did reply us to arrange an appointment but not as prompt. I think the ID can improve the quality of the renovation works but overall the house turns out to what we expected and I will give them a 4 Stars for it.

We got to the ID from a Qanvast event and managed to shortlist 3 IDs. Urban Habitat Design was one of the IDs that we meet up. We went to their showroom and discussed our renovation plans. Our ID was Johnny, he was very prompt in responding to our inquiries during the renovation process. We found him quite knowledgable and good eye for design. We were impressed with how Johnny took account of our needs, lifestyle and incorporate to the design! Overall we love our home.

I decided to engage Urban Habitat as their price was reasonable and their designs are good. The ID, Clarissa is responsible and responsive. The overall renovation process was alright and it was quite smooth. After the renovation was completed, there were some problems with the pipe. I informed Clarissa about it and she responded pretty quickly. It turned out that one of the workers left a bag of nails in the pipes of my master bedroom toilet, hence it caused the problems. The issue was resolved fast but I felt their workmanship could be better and the workers' working attitude could improve to avoid such issues.

We got to know Urban Habitat through a friend and also was recommended by Qanvast. We shortlisted a few IDs but our final choice was Johnny from Urban Habitat as he was very confident, approachable and friendly. He was able to fully understand what we wanted and we were able to click with him very well. Throughout the whole renovation, Johnny ensured a smooth renovation, he was also prompt on his communications and kept us updated on the entire project process. The project was completed within the agreed timeframe! We are very happy with the workmanship and end result of the renovation.
