We shortlisted a few IDs but our final choice was Wei Yi from 9 Creation as he is willing to listen and came out with a design based on what i want. He is very responsive and would give us suggestions on the designs. We are very impressed on how he gives suggestions and helped me in trying to save cost as not many IDs are willing to do that. The process was very smooth and they completed the renovation on time. We are very happy with their service and had also recommended them to some of our friends. Renovation completed in: January 2017 Cost of renovation: $65,000

Alistair was a great ID who took care of many things in a timely manner and was very responsive throughout the process. He's definitely one that goes the extra mile to ensure things are done properly, and it helps that he has expertise in on-the-ground stuff. There's also no hard-selling and he rationally gives the pros and cons of the available options. Even a year after renovation, he's still as responsive with his know-how. I would highly recommend him & 9Creation for their good work!
