Nivel was always able to provide honest advice based on his experience, and provided us with many solutions that are now part of our home. During the renovation process, Nivel was always very prompt in keeping us updated on the progress. We've seen him work very closely with his guys on the ground, ensuring everything was going according to plan. In the end, the workmanship is flawless, and we're really not surprised at all. Post renovation, there is really not much to nitpick on because everything's beyond our expectations. Nivel is always there for us whenever we encounter small little issues despite his busy schedule. A very long overdue review for Artspaze !!!! My apologies . We knew NIVEL from our previous house Renovation at CCK. He did a very good job at CCK . So when we moved to our new house , it was a easy decision for us to choose him again . NIVEL is a a simple and honest designer . His primary objective is to cater to whatever his customer wants . If the customers requests is nonsense , that’s where he will step in and advise . Happy customer happy business . He is someone who will finish the job within the time frame you request , that is if it is reasonably achievable. He has many contacts and networks to source out for anything you guys need . And if you need help in anything , he is there for you . All designers or contractors will make mistakes . It’s common . They are humans after all . But the process of rectifying one’s mistakes is important . And NIVEL does it impeccably. Post Reno service is very important . If you ever need a very good post Reno service on your Reno, Artspaze is where you should go . Every post Reno services was done tremendously by NIVEL despite his busy schedule . Thank you so much . Its the second time that we had engaged Nivel. It was really pleasant to work with him for our first home and hence we decided to engage him for our second home this time too. Nivel is very reliable and has been really responsive throughout our renovation process. He gave us ideas and provide feedbacks to the designs that we had in mind. He was respectful of our needs and would provide suggestions and ideas. The renovation process was very smooth, he ensured that the renovation completed on time. It was a breeze to have him as our ID. He updated us on each milestone of our renovation. The workmanship of the carpentry is superb. We love our new abode so much and would definitely recommend him.
