I am writing in to compliment Mennis from AZ@Paya Lebar branch & would like to thank her for the commitments & professionalism throughout our reno journey. Prior to engaging her, we capped at meeting 3 IDs before coming to a decision & we have never regret it. - First Meet Up & Impression- Not having in depth details on what are the details we want for our home, we managed to exchange ideas & taking a brief look at the colour scheme and materials does helps. She offered us helpful & realistic ideas/advices & thought out of the box while at the same time working around our budget. It wasn't easy but with such professionalism & her experience, it definitely helped us to have a better idea of what we really want & smoothen it out. Quotation was submitted to us promptly which we were quite impressed as this is what we do not have from other IDs that we had met up with. Mennis being a very friendly & approachable person, our first discussion was a breeze & ended on a good note. -Renovation Works- As we started ahead of time, we were given ample time to decide on all aspects. With her working on the 3D early, it also enables us to have a better impression on the results. Being the fickle minded me, we made various changes before we finally settled down on the materials & colour schemes. Despite no stipulated timeline was given to her for the completion, she gave us her timeline of the renovation works instead & we were surprised that it was completed as planned. Throughout the renovation, she visited our home frequently especially when major works are going on to ensure that all is good & gave us updates promptly. Us being the owner, knows that we had entrusted our home in good hands & able to go through these processes worry-free. Hiccups here and there is definitely inevitable but it was not major enough for us to panick & honestly, she handled all the hiccups professionally & within a short period of time. Checks were being made by herself to ensure that the defects etc are kept to a minimum. Even minor details that we as homeowners failed to take note of, she did & took the first step to rectify it. We are glad to have met her & to have her with us on our renovation journey. Going the extra miles for us like shopping for furnitures, lighting fixtures etc from morning till late when she is not obliged to. The services & help she rendered us is so rare. No words can express our gratitude & how thankful we are towards her. Thank you for creating such a beautiful home for us :)

We had the pleasure of getting Shermin to do our house renovation and it exceeded all our expectations. To be honest from the start I already knew she was one of the shortlisted IDs I want to see knowing that she has immense experience in doing EM which is what our house is: A 36 year old EM. None of the other IDs I met came close to what she proposed as we had some special wants like a gym room and study room to be built. We also wanted lots of storage without compromising on space. We still want the house to look big and airy. She gave us all that and came up with new ideas that I never thought of. As we knew that the house is pretty old and it bring resale and an EM, we needed a ID with experience that can handle any surprises that came along the way during Reno. Renovating a resale flat is more difficult than the usual BTO so if we are going to be spending a lot of money on renovations. It’s best to find one with experience. We went with her because she loves renovating EM and had many past EM projects under belt so we knew we were in good hands. The price wasn’t the cheapest but it was reasonable. She was also very transparent in her quotation and there weren’t any hidden TBC costs even in her initial quotation. We had additional VOs along the way since we wanted more stuff and the final cost exceeded only about 10% of the initial quotation. So the price was very reasonable considering that we destroyed the entire interior of the house and redid the place. The sub con that they used for electrical was also the most reasonable price out of all the others I have heard. Her project and client management was also top notch. She always answered our questions and calls within an hour to set us at ease. The renovation also stuck to the timeline. It started on 6 June and she told us it will be ready in the first week of sept. So we can move in after the ghost month. There were no delays. The house was ready to move in on the first week on sept and we moved in officially on 15 sept 2023. This is our house : https://www.instagram.com/reel/CwpSlSBybxI/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== https://www.instagram.com/reel/CwvDdUrS8E-/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== Design We wanted a house that was not only practical but also aesthetic. I know I wanted wood and white and she proposed giving us black window grilles and black stairway rails. The house ended up with the modern theme that looks very aesthetic. Not only that the tiles and floorings as well as bathroom and lights accessories were not only easy to maintain but nice looking as well. Workmanship Workmanship was close to excellent. Nothing is of course perfect. We got a professional defect checker I mean why not right since we are spending over 130k on renovations. And the defect checker gave the renovation 9.5/10. He even asked us why we hired him for since our ID did such a good job. You can tell that Shermin and her team really took pride in their work. Service As mentioned. Her service is top notch. She replies very fast and will take the time to explain to us thoroughly. Even after we moved in, she was quick to schedule rectifications to be done. Even after the official handover. The renovation comes with 2 year warranty. Value for Money Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Prices are reasonable although the electrical cost was probably the cheapest I have heard and we rewired the entire house. Our renovation in our previous BTO by another company gave us 5 years whereas D4S is 2 years

Engaged Shawn from Design4Space to renovate our bedroom for our upcoming wedding. It was tough to fit a queen sized bed and wardrobes into our room considering the small floor area. Nonetheless, Shawn was able to come up with a design that could fit both in by smartly utilising our high ceiling! Now we have ample walking space along with a wardrobe that can cater to 2 pax! Workers were friendly and polite as well!

Vincent is a reliable individual who can be counted on! I terminated my first ID's services just before starting our renovation due to certain reasons. However, everything was arranged, including our leave and place to stay. The renovation period was the best time for us to start the work to minimize disruption to my son's O level. I took a chance and reached out to Vincent to help take over the renovation, even though he only had 2 weeks before the start date. He accepted the challenge and immediately scheduled a discussion. We went through the proposal and made some adjustments. He was efficient, and there was no pressure or obligation. He even worked until midnight to finalize the quotation after work. Within a few hours on the same date, he sent us the confirmation of the proposal and quotations. I was thoroughly impressed with his efficiency and dedication. Throughout the renovation, Vincent made sure to keep us updated on the progress and ensured that the work was up to our expectations. When there were some minor issues, he quickly reacted and coordinated with his workers to ensure everything was done correctly. Vincent completed the renovation on the promised date and took pride in his work. He always prioritized the customer's best interests. After the renovation, he followed up with us and quickly coordinated with his workers to address some small matters. Overall, Vincent is a trustworthy, responsible ID!
Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to serve you!
