Collection of keys was delayed but the renovation works to my first home wasn’t. Shawn and Reia were my IDs and the prompt completion of my renovation despite the challenges of manpower and supply chain showed how much work they have been putting in the background. Discussions for the renovation were smooth and they provided professional advices to prevent me from making the wrong choices. My wife and I told them what we wanted and from there, we feel that we can trust them completely and we just left it to them to surprise us with the end product. Alas we were given a pleasant surprise and we received many positive feedbacks from guests who also ask us to refer Shawn and Reia to them. Throughout the course of work, I was particularly impressed with the prompt updates that I received from Shawn and Reia. They know what they are doing and they keep to the timeline despite multiple projects on hand. They are very responsive when it comes to addressing my queries which shows their dedication to their job! I will definitely recommend them (which I have already done) if you are looking for a positive renovation experience!

We have just finished our renovation for our home and it has been a wonderful experience working with our ID Reia. She is responsible, responsive and approachable. We were able to have open discussions on the best design concepts for many corners in our home, right down to details. She was able to throw ideas out for sharing and was honest about whether certain designs could work or not. She is also very hardworking and hands-on, and personally supervises to ensure that the final products are according to our design plan. We would recommend Reia to anyone who needs an ID. She is capable and full of potential! May she blossom with even more projects! Also, choose SES as their pricing is competitive!
