We are thankful to have entrusted our renovations to Anhans. We chose Schubert over 2 other IDs because of his pleasant working style, design concept and he clearly articulated the outcome we can expect from the renovations. We are impressed by how he blends aesthetics with functionality. He always asked how we intend to use the space, gave practical options and guided us to make the right choices. He is open to explore and incorporate our ideas & variations into his designs to create a cohesive and timeless look. Space management is excellent. We like how he opened up more usable floor space while optimising storage. Workmanship is commendable. Carpentry is of good quality and nicely crafted. Extremely happy with the levelling of floor tiles where all the adjoining are seamless; a superb execution. Schubert is professional, meticulous and upholds high standards of quality. He is prompt in responding to queries and very assuring even when things may not turn out as planned. He is experienced, resourceful and always has workable solutions. This was the 2nd time we had engaged Annie as our ID for our home renovation . This time we did a major re-modelling of our new home, an EM that we had purchased in Oct 2020 . Once again we are impressed and highly satisfied with the professionalism of Annie and her dedicated team of contractors/workers. Annie understands our needs & preferences well and offered good design proposals . She is patient, accommodative and her attention to details made our home renovation journey a breeze. She tried her best to fit in our tight schedule and completed without delay despite of the COVID pandemic , yet maintaining the quality of work.
