Ascenders are one of the IDs recommended by Qanvast. I decided to engage them because the quote provided is within my budget, and I like the design. Another reason I decided to engage the ID is also because of the ID is bilingual which is very easy for me to communicate. Overall, my renovation journey with the ID was good even though there are some uncertainties like some of the items were out of stock. The ID was very responsible and respond promptly to our messages. She is knowledgeable on ground works too and able to provide us with advice on how false celling should be done. However, I think there are things that can be improved by her too. Our renovation was scheduled to be finished within 3 months but she took 4 months due to miscoordination with subcontractors. It was very difficult to get the subcontractors to do touch ups for me. There are some design flaw and defects too but the ID rectified most of it for us.
