We have met 4 IDs before we made the decision. Although Ciseern price is not the cheapest among the 4, we are most comfortable with Zax in terms of his professional expereience and his suggestion. He well understood our needs and provided us with excellent proposals. So we made our decision. Although there's little hipcups here and there during the reno, the outcome is good, and Zax, Qingyan and the team r always there to solve the small issues. Big thanks to Zax, Qingyan and ciseern team. We are happy about our choices!

Working with Cindy has been a comfortable experience. She has a down-to-earth and sincere personality and is an easy person to talk to. She listened to my ideas and incorporated them into the design. Her design concepts are modern and chic, and I am happy with the results. Being a first-time homeowner, I know little about the renovation process, and Cindy was patient to guide and facilitate every step of the way. She brought me along for lights and fans shopping and the prices were reasonable. She also gave good advice when it came to the selection of furniture. Cindy is a meticulous person who pays attention to details and kept me updated of the renovation progress. She is fast in responding to my requests and sees through the rectifying works. Cindy is definitely a service-oriented ID who has the interests of her clients at heart.

We were recommended to Zinc from Ciseern for our 4 room BTO flat renovation and not a single regret! Zinc was very professional, patient and responsive. She was able to give us her professional advices which we have found to be very helpful and she is also very prompt with her responses which was very important for us as first home owners. The works carried out by their contractors/ vendors were great and Zinc would rectify any defect that we spotted promptly. Timeline of the renovation was also completed and delivered as promised. Would 100% recommend Zinc and Ciseern to journey with for your home reno! 👍🏻
