Out of the few IDs we shortlisted at an event at Expo, we decide to engage D Initial for their design proposed and friendliness of the ID. She was very friendly, patient with her explaination and very easy to work with. The renovation process was smooth except for some minor things. Before we started on the renovation, we had selected the lamination we wanted, but at the later stage, we are told that the lamination we wanted is out of stock which made us a little bit unhappy. However, we can see that the ID is very apologetic and tried her best to make it up to us. For her good attitude, we decide not to make a big fuss out of it. It would have been better if they pay more attention to small details such as in their wardrobe designs. Overall, we had a very good experience working with D Initial.
