No one recommended me to GSID. I used to go to a medical hall, a few doors away from GSID quite frequently and when I needed an interior designer's assistance, I thought of GSID. I met Mr. Andreas Tan that day when I walked in to GSID, showing him a floor plan of my HDB flat which I just bought and completion had not taken place. Mr. Tan was very customer-centric and said that he would make a proposal to me. I was impressed by his sincerity and prompt action. After a few sessions of meeting up, I decided to engage GSID since I liked the proposal and budget was reasonable too. Mr. Tan gave me sound advice and guided me along the way on choosing materials (like tiles, fittings) and colour scheme. Along the way, there were some variation works but Mr. Tan was helpful to accommodate without compromising on the workmanship nor delay much on the completion timeline. I would say that it is a one-stop service where I could safely entrust the co-ordination works to Mr. Tan; even for items bought by me separately to be incorporated into the renovation works. When my flat was finally delivered to me completed on timely basis, I was happy with the quality of workmanship. Teething problems are bound to have but they are all settled very quickly. I like Mr. Tan's design of the feature wall panel in Living area as well as the feature panel to conceal the home shelter entrance door.
