I went to the internet to search for an ID. After sending a few quote requests, Belgic from Urban Habitat was the fastest to respond. He knows his stuff and is able to meet our requirements with precise solutions. He is very open to ideas and even provides us with good advices. He is always on site and is very responsive, so I do not have to worry about not being able to contact him. He is on task all the time, making the whole process to be very assuring. Any defect was rectified in time. There was once the tiles were laid wrongly. He immediately got this contractors to rectify it. There was no delay in the works as it took 3 months and workmanship was amazing. He has been a good ID in assisting me for the renovation. Renovation completed in: November 2013 Cost of renovation: $75,000
