After spending countless hours talking to 8 different ID firms, we finally decided to entrust Voila with the renovation of our first home. The discussion with Eileen was bi-directional. She is certainly not the "yes sir, yes mdm" ID unlike the many whom we spoke to. Eileen provided many alternative suggestions, counter-proposed to our design needs and gave detailed explanations of the 'flow' of the house (not just the visuals or aesthetics). Communication was great and comfortable. She is honest and open when we enquired about potential hidden costs. There are bound to be stumbles here and there throughout the renovation, but Eileen made sure these were rectified and resolved professionally. We would recommend Eileen to homeowners who are looking for ID to renovate their home.
