During our search for IDs for our first home renovation, Ethereall quickly became one of our shortlisted firms because of their portfolio and experience with interior design. One particular instance that stood out to us was when our ID, Yun Xia, pointed out to us the difference in tiling quality in two of their bathrooms (done by two different contractors) in the showroom, and reassured us that Ethereall is constantly looking for better contractors to work with. This was well reflected in the tiling works for our bathrooms and kitchen backsplash. Another thing that stood out to us was how detailed Yun Xia’s quotation was. In comparison, some of the “cheaper” quotes we received from other IDs were not as detailed, and when we approached them for more clarification, they would claim to have accidentally missed those things out. The transparency in the quotation we received from Yun Xia helped to assure us that there would not be any hidden costs in our renovation process. Throughout our renovation process, Yun Xia was prompt in replying to our queries, and also took the initiative to provide us with WhatsApp updates of the renovation. This was a big relief as we have heard of horror stories of homeowners being ghosted by their IDs. Additionally, as a very fickle-minded person, I occasionally struggled with making decisions about design choices for the house. However, Yun Xia was always patient with me, and provided guidance by proposing the pros and cons of the various options, as well as providing her own personal opinion. The biggest hurdle we faced during our renovation process was the electrical works as we wanted our home to be a “smart” home. This required specific switches, and there was some back-and-forth between us and the electrician with regards to the number of switches we required as well as their installation, which resulted in some loss of efficiency in the renovation process. Nonetheless, Yun Xia was still helpful in making sure our requirements were communicated to the electrician. Overall, we are satisfied with our renovation and would definitely recommend Ethereall and Yun Xia to our other friends who are looking for IDs ☺️

Similarly to many other home owners, searching for the right ID whom we are comfort, able to "click" is never easy. My wife and I make sure to research online (heard of many nightmares), handpick before meeting the handful of ID firms, did what every Singaporean will do - compared quotes! Honestly, Ethereall quotation isn’t the selling point, value for money is what we were sold, in our second meeting, they were one of the 2 ID firms that show us a 3D design! It helped greatly for us first time home owners, especially guys who need visual! Overall, the experience with Steph and Eldad were good, they were able to incorporate our needs and wants, together with their experience and creativity, every dollar was stretch and kept close to our budget. Well, every renovation surely had issues that surface but both of them provided right solution and advice! Good job, will recommend to friends and family! :)

Ethereall was the last ID firm we contacted. Hace's previous works caught our attention and she replied almost immediately when we reached out to her on IG. We wanted a blend of modern and farmhouse with a black and white colour scheme. Hace got back with a design in a week, and we really liked it. Along the way they brought us shopping for tiles, lights and really gave us inputs to help our decision along the way. Yunxia was really responsive whenever we had questions or instructions even at night. We are so grateful we went with Ethereall for our first home. Highly recommend them!

Was looking for a company that would provide a smooth-sailing experience along with quality design, and Ethereall did not disappoint! Stephanie in particular did a fantastic job guiding us through the ins and outs of the options available, and it eased many of the initial hesitations we had in our mind. 2 months after the renovation has been completed, we are glad to say that we are enjoying the designs in place more and more; for any of my friends and family who would be looking for an ID in the future, I will definitely recommend Stephanie, along with Ethereall, due to the stellar outcome they have achieved in our home.

We engaged Ethereall for the renovation of our first home, and we were assigned to Jamie as our designer. She went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with how our home turned out. Communication with her was prompt and she always replied in a timely fashion, even at odd hours when I texted her with my endless questions. Our kitchen was a real headache to configure with all our appliance requirements. Jamie readily provided many configuration options, with visuals, pointing out the pros & cons of each alternative as well and that helped us immensely! The contractors that Ethereall partners with are of great standard as well, and we have to shout out the excellent tiling work as well. There were very little issues and hiccups during the renovation, and where there was issues, Jamie took full ownership of the problem to ensure quick fixes to our satisfaction. Jamie’s help extended beyond the completion of our home as well. 3 months after key handover, she promptly arranged for the contractors to rectify minor defects that we discovered. In summary, we have no regrets engaging Ethereall and highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a great and reliable ID. Huge thank you to Jamie & Hace for making our dream home come true!!

My husband, Alvin and I have met 3 ID firms but was unable to find a suitable ID that can give us a good design & ideas until we met Hace & Yun Xia from Ethereall. We were impressed with Hace creativity design and managed to grasp the look & feel of how we wanted the house to be and was very prepared with ideas that was discussed. We work along with Yun Xia who run the project and she always keep us informed at different stages of the project and was always very responsive. We love the way she always updates us with photo and video on the state of the house throughout the whole renovation journey. Any unforeseen situation arouses, she was quick to provide solutions as well. I would say they have a fantastic renovation team and a Big Thumb up especially to the electrician, aircon, plumber, the craftmanship of the tiler and the carpentry who did a good job and nice work for our house. We are absolutely satisfied with the result, the timeline given and extremely happy to go with Ethereall & Team as our interior Designer. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Hace & Yun Xia for their professionalism, creativity, and dedication to turn the house to a timeless, modern, and Chic home. We are proud to show our house to our family & friends and everyone is amazed at it. If you want a Chic home you know Ethereall is the place to go! Highly recommend.

Thank you Ethereal for helping us build our home. We have been living in our space for about 3 months and we’re just really happy with the overall quality of work that our Id: Deonna has put into the construction. Renovations might cost a premium compared to other companies, but worth every penny!! Love coming home after work to a space designed aesthetically and specifically for us. 10/10 would Recommend!

Got paired with Chermaine for our home renovation back last yr ! We hit off and she understood what we’re looking for. Ideals were exchanged and she’s able to elevate them and execute it in real life ! She’s assuring and she made every effort to be there to meet all of our vendors even if it was engaged by us externally. If you’re looking to start your home renovation journey, look no further. I am soooo happy with the outcome. Jaime’s service was outstanding too! She was very attentive, kind and super professional. She patiently explained every single details to me (ps i got alot of questions) cos is my first time renovating. Most importantly is she can help me and my husband visualise using the 3d software. I had a great time decorating my home along with her too. I highly recommend Ethereall, they are the best!!!

Very friendly and professional service from the Interior Designer Deoanna. She was able to give good and practical advice. She is proactive in supervising the works during the renovation.

We highly recommend Ethereall! Our designers were Hace and G and we had a pleasant experience with them throughout our home renovation journey. They made an impression even from the start as they immediately showed us the 3D version of what the reno may look like. This helped us visualise better as this was our first time doing reno. Of course with every journey there were ups and downs but we find that Hace and G would really go above and beyond to address all of our issues and concerns. We certainly did not experience any of the horror renovation stories that we have read/heard. Hace and G personally went shopping with us to choose tiles, lights, wooden slabs and they recommended places for home decor, door knobs and even our rugs! They were a fun bunch to work with but also professional in what they do. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for ID's.

After meeting with many IDs, we chose to work with Levonne at Ethereall as we wanted a farmhouse theme and Levonne really understood the look we were trying to achieve. Aesthetic wise, their design was the best among the IDs we have seen. During the renovation process, Levonne gave great advice and input when we needed and was very helpful as we were first time home owners with no experience renovating a home. We appreciate that she was responsive throughout the renovation period and also followed up with some minor defects after the reno was completed. Overall, we were are very happy with how our house turned out!
