To start the ball rolling, junjie is a patient and meticulous designer and is very professional in what he does. He has got a vast knowledge on all the renovation works. I am very glad we engaged the right ID for our new home. He was able to make sure the whole project was completed on time (infact, even before our timeline)with all the work done almost perfectly. Quotation was done in a detailed, broken down manner (actual fact we did not visualise that some stuff were missed out by us), and the best part was there was no hidden costs! He is responsible and keeps us updated on our flat progress. We didnt even need to go down to check out the progress! With junjie being so patient, he considered all our designs and concepts, and was able to improve on what we wanted. All designs were also done in 3D drawings so you know what you'll be getting and paying for. The whole renovation process was seamless and hassle free. Overall, junjie is well versed in what he does and passionate. the entire process was very pleasant, and we strongly recommend Junjie to everyone who hasn't chosen him yet!

It all begins with a dislodged marble flooring due to the unpredictable rainy weather last year, I chance upon J Design & Build whom assisted me to resolve my problem once and for all. Beside helping with the problem solving, he also gave design and materials ideas such as the 900 x 900 mm porcelain tiles to give a new face-lift to my 20+ year house. The outcome turns out to be way beyond my expectation! It was really nice and this large tile creates a very spacious visual for my executive apartment. The workmanship was also very refined, that i could hardly notice any grouting at all! Additionally, his professional service and passion over home interior, leave me in good hands to let him do up an addition set of carpentry work for my living room. If you ask me to describe J Design & Build, i would say, fast and efficiency, precise and accurate, refined and detailed workmanship and of course, responsive and responsible! JJ of J Design & Build was my contractor for my home project. He is knowledgeable and experienced in executing projects. He is responsive and respectful of appointment times and project deadline. Because of his many years of experience, JJ can propose alternatives and solutions to design ideas. Communication is a breeze with JJ. With his own team of workers and carpenters, J Design & Build can better manage project delivery. I will work with JJ again if an opportunity arises.

JJ is a friendly and trustworthy local interior contractor. Despite the hiccups during the reno process, he was responsible and honest, taking charge in rectifying them as soon as he could. Enjoyed working with Junjie from J Design & Build. This was our 3rd time engaging companies to renovate places for the past 20 years. Previously both were very much into interior design firms. I would say it's the most pleasant experience since J Design & Build gave workable solution and not just solely on making sure your house looks stunning only (*interior design co.) The ideas given are practically yet not compromising your ideas or even proposal, does not suggest expensive fittings/tiles/material. Junjie and his people are full of experiences and also very accommodating when we need them to assist. So far I have moved in for almost 9months ~~ satisfactory workmanship. Thank you and definitely will revisit if I move again! 😊

I was impressed looking at how J Design and Build renovated my friend’s entire house that I decided to engage them to renovate my very own kitchen. JJ, the ID was involved in my kitchen renovation project from the beginning right to the end, explaining the materials used and proposing the aesthetic layout of my cabinet that suits my kitchen as well as my budget. No irrelevant proposals to take advantage to mark up the price. Quotation given before the start of the work was clear and transparent. Though my kitchen renovation was a small project to him, he put in the effort and making regular visits with his contractors to ensure work were done right and to my satisfaction. He even rendered help when I had issue with gas-pipe installation. Excellent job JJ, I will definitely not hesitate to recommend anyone to engage J Design and Build for their house renovation work !

It has been a great experience working with J design and Build Junjie. He was friendly, confident and knowledgeable in interior designing. He came up with very nice concepts within very short time and assured us that the renovation can be done within our timeline. With the positive mindset and assurance, we decided to go for Junjie. I would say throughout the entire period, there wasn't any issues except for minor rescheduling of some works which did not impact the timeline. As promised, the renovation works were completed within the stipulated timeline and the design turns out exactly what we wanted. Seeing how our home is more than 30 years old with its original kitchen cabinets, my parents and I decided that it was time to give it a new look. And our ID, Junjie, did not disappoint. Junjie has been friendly and helpful from the first time we met.. While we were still unsure which ID company to engage, he offered his contact details and advice/quotation via WhatsApp which helped us have a better gauge on who to engage to renovate our kitchen and toilets. Although there some unforeseen problems, Junjie was able to resolve them with ease. Seeing him communicate with his team also gave us a good impression. Junjie was able to meet the deadline despite the problems that our old unit was giving him. Awesome work Junjie! Our neighbours whom dropped by our home since the renovation are also impressed with the work done and even asked which ID we engaged. Awesome work Junjie!
