Gave 2nd payment totalling 20k They said they bankrupt Still owe me 8k. Said will slowly pay back. But didn't. Went to declare bankruptcy. Now how to get back I also dunno. Deal at Yr own risk. Karma will strike. Hard earned cash gone like that. Shit company. Have lots to post but don't wish to. If in doubt can contact me. Willing to show all evidence. One day karma will strike This is a scam.

I found Luxurious Design via FB and looked thru their ads. Decided to get a quotation from them and was assigned Mr Calvin Lee. Calvin is very upfront with his quotations and costs. We did get a few prior quotations from other ID firms to compare prices. After a few rounds of discussions, we decided to proceed with the renovations with Calvin. Calvin was patient to accommodate our design ideas and adviced on certain details that we overlooked. My whole renovations which involved my whole unit last 3 months and Calvin was always available to answer our questions we have along the way. He will be on site to oversee the renovations most of the time, unlike my previous ID who only appear a few times during the whole renovation! Ever seen an ID who helped clean your place? 😂 Now I know who to look for, for my next project! Great job Calvin! 👍👍👍

Hi all! I am pleased with what my Interior Designer, Ricky Ang of Lux Design Studio Pte Ltd has done with my house. He has more than met my expectations and complied to my every want and need while giving valid suggestions. My house has really transformed from an old, deteriorating flat to a bright and modern living space. I am please to share with you guys the transformation before and after. We are 1st time HDB Owners and got our unit during the start of the Pandemic, we had quite a hard time finding an ID company who could meet our requirements and budget. We contacted Luxurious Design and they quickly set an appointment to come down. We met Willy and May who listened to what we had in mind and we liked that Willy is very experienced and we could see he had many ideas and options to what we wanted and even suggested some fresh ideas. They spent a good 2 hours with us to go through what we visioned and within 2days gave us the plan and specs and we really liked it and could see they listened to what we had in mind. We did mention our budget and without compromising they worked a quote to our budget. From the start Willy was very clear on the payment schedules and timeline. When the project started he was there to ensure all is going well and kept us updated. The most commendable thing would be he found solutions to some of our concerns without compromising on the quality and delivered us a fantastic end product. Willy is patient and very professional in his service and he accommodated to quite alot of what we asked for and very thankful to his entire crew of electrician, carpenters, handyman, painters as they all worked hard to meet out timeline and we moved in without any delays. Thank you Willy for we are glad we decided to take our renovation with you. I would recommend him for he gave us many ideas and put our visions into paper and executed it well. Ricky, Senior Design Consultants, provides great customer support to us from beginning to end of the project. He and his team are great team players. They go the extra mile at every stage to give us the best customer experience. We are indeed very satisfied with their professional service would highly recommend them customers who needs ID services.

Second time engaged ID Lynn from Luxurious Design for our minor renovation on two common rooms. Again, we are very satisfied with the workmanship and services. The design of the renovation came out to be exactly what we wanted. Will continue to recommend Lynn to my friends

Engaged Luxurious Design for renovating my new place, a resale EC unit, and my id is Lynn. Despite the unavoidable delay with the convid'19 situation, I am glad that the renovation is finally done and it turns out just the way I envisioned. Really like the overall design. Also, the contractors are quick to come over to rectify the defects found during handover. Thanks for the hardwork and coordination with various parties.

I would like recommend ID Calvin did an excellent job in design my house. He is good in technical knowledge and consider our preference and requirement. In additional,he is regular onsite to ensure the renovation progress on the path. Calvin’s team carpenter and electrician also provide good quality workmanship. Overall, he was well organised and attend quickly even just minor fixes after handover.

We engaged Luxurious Design to do up our new BTO. Willy knows his stuff well and is able to help us come up with ways to make the house look nice and cozy without burning our pockets. As we are not sure on the final state of how our house will look, he took steps to ensure we are able to visualize the desired outcome. On top of that he is very meticulous and is able to cover the small details that we left out. He also helps to advise on the practical details and even offers to accompany us to select the accessories and whether it will add a bling to our new home. During renovation, whenever we request for some touch up or rework, it was attended to immediately and we are really glad. Our greatest surprise was the finish product have some ingenious application of the lights that makes the house looks special in its own way and all our guests are amazed. We loved every aspect of the design, workmanship and customer service. The after sales service is really a plus as the touch ups was immediately rectified and we enjoyed interacting with all the people that we have come across from Luxurious Design. Thank you Willy & Alvin and Luxurious Design for helping us craft out our beautiful home.💖

We engaged Luxurious Design on our first consultation with Willy. His easy-going personality and positive energy made us comfortable dealing with him. He portrayed high professionalism in his work by dedicating his time and effort in ensuring our expectations and budget are met. He wasn’t pushy or tried to upsell and gave appropriate advice where and when necessary. He resolved any hiccups during the renovation proficiently.
