He ensures that no stone goes unturned, and catches any touchups required by his contractors before even us as homeowners noticed them. During the renovation, he visits the site frequently to ensure things are done right, and provides highly detailed drawings for contractors to implement. His contractors also produce work that is high in quality, with great workmanship.

Working with Nivel from Artspaze was fun brainstorming since its all our first time building a cat playground which was safe and suitable for us and our cat at our Overall budget was close to our initial projection. Nivel provided a balance between practicality and aesthetics. The project timeline was realistic, even though there were some rectification work involved, the handover date was met eventually.

We were recommended to Nivel by a friend who also had a good experience with him. Nivel is very detail-oriented and listened to each and every of our preferences and requests and incorporated them all into the design. The result far exceeded our expectations with many functional features added that we found very useful, not to mention the beautiful design done with high quality materials and workmanship. We now have a place we are very proud to call home and our friends and family too have commented that the renovation was very tastefully done. We really appreciate Nivel for this. We compared a few IDs before settling with Nivel. Easy communication and responsive. After speaking with him, we felt that he knows his stuffs well, and he was quite flexible to work things around if we didn’t like his suggestions. He took time to listen to our wants and needs. We are thankful that he gave us feedbacks and pointed things we have overlooked while we suggested our ideas. We bugged him quite a bit about house stuffs and he was patient to help us. This was our second experience with Nivel. 5 years back, he helped us with our first renovation. He did an excellent job then. Timely. Upfront. Reliable. 5 years on, when we thought of reoptimising our space again. He is the natural choice! Highly recommended! Renovation is a stressful journey. We all want cheap, fast, good! I must say Artspaze is reasonable, fast, good! And if that is reasonable enough, you prioritise peace of mind, then look no further!

Nivel was patient with us and also shared with us ways to reduce costs and be practice with our renovation which we appreciated. Timeline wise, there were v v little delays, which we appreciated compared to a lot of horror stories we heard. It was great that Nivel also was very supportive in the post renovation process, he helped us rectify teething issues in our toilet, minor issues even a year on which we appreciate. In terms of Lux style, I think Nivel is quite well known for that, ours was quite unique more farm house cosy so glad Nivel was able to help us achieve that!

Its the second time that we had engaged Nivel. It was really pleasant to work with him for our first home and hence we decided to engage him for our second home this time too. Nivel is very reliable and has been really responsive throughout our renovation process. He gave us ideas and provide feedbacks to the designs that we had in mind. After approaching 8 different ID firms and contractors, I was introduced to Artspaze by a colleague who sung nothing but praises of them.
