6 ++ stars for Moon & Carine @ Fineline Design I just finished my kitchen renovation with Moon and Carine of Fineline Design and the level of excellence in service and workmanship we got from them exceeded all our expectations, they deserve a 6 ++ stars. We are so amazed. I am still staring at my kitchen, it is perfect, faultless to the tiniest details and I have nothing to complain about throughout the whole process. They did what they say they will do, how they say they will do it and when they say they are going to do it. No delays, no let downs, just peace of mind from start to finish. If you have any renovations do yourself a big favour and look for them. It is an absolute must and here are some more reasons why. Around November last year, I thought it was high time for me to renovate my kitchen and I wanted something unique inspired from a kitchen that we loved in Europe. I posted my budget on home match. I was contacted by a number of renovators. In addition I also checked some fancy and costly names in the industry. After seeing about 9 or 10 different renovators in person and on zoom, I was still not convinced and I was not about to trust them with my hard earned money. Searching for outstanding renovators is not that easy. Then I got a message from FineLine Design and agreed to give them a try. I was assigned to Moon and his wife Carine. The first time I met Moon, his professionalism, honesty, caring and attention to details stood out. Later when we met Carine , it was the same thing. I must say that they can both meet your needs, requirements and budget right where you are at. Having compared them to so many, my decision making became easy, I decided to work with them and I was so very right ! They were approachable, experienced and easy to work with. I can’t say enough about their level of service and quality of the works. Really extraordinary, down to the tiniest of details and most importantly we have absolutely nothing to complain about. We are now just sitting down and enjoying our beautiful kitchen everyday !

My wife and I spent a long while looking at 10+ different ID firms. We finally landed on Raymond from Fineline Design and thinking back, this was a very good decision. Raymond brought a ton of experience to us in designing our home.. He was very patient with his advice and his advice was always well thought out and made our home look fantastic and above what we expected. Great work :) The contractors they employed also delivered excellent quality workmanship.. which is very much appreciated and reassuring. All in all, from design, to implementation and final completion, Raymond and Ronnie really did an amazing job for us, thank you so much! :)

Elvis was recommended to me by a satisfied friend as the interior designer for my resale flat, and engaging him turned out to be one of the best decisions I made for this renovation. After meeting and comparing several interior designers, Elvis stood out for his clear, transparent, and highly competitive pricing. He took the time to walk me through each cost component in detail, patiently explaining the rationale behind his recommendations and ensuring that all my requirements and expectations were clearly aligned from the very beginning. Kristy made us feel comfortable saying no to ideas that didn’t fully suit us. She never took it personally and always discussed alternatives calmly. That made the whole process feel collaborative rather than forced. The renovation progressed steadily, and the final design reflects our preferences well. Overall, it felt like a respectful and comfortable working relationship.

Decided on Fineline Design and James as my ID after meeting many others as he is always very responsive, accomdating to my needs and open to discussion. As expected, the entire renovation process is well organized and he always keeps me updated on the status. Design wise, it is practical and functional without losing the aesthetics. Requests for changes/rectifications are also promptly answered. Even though it is only renovation for a small 2 room flat, the service rendered is really good and meet all my needs. Overall, am happy with how the house looks!

We had a good experience working with Elvis on our renovation. He was patient, on time and shows good responsibility throughout the entire process, always taking time to listen to our concerns and explain things clearly. His willingness to help, even with small details and follow-up questions, gave us peace of mind.

We went with James because both of us were very busy with work. He handled most of the coordination and kept updates short but clear, which really helped. We didn’t need to constantly check in. We went in with an open mind, just wanting to hear what Fineline Design could offer but we ended up signing with them on the spot because they were not pushy at all. Their costing was clear and transparent. Also their design was aesthetic yet practical. What we appreciated the most was their quick response every time we reached out, the open communication and trust built throughout the renovation journey, and how they would clearly line up the path forward at every meeting, so we always knew what the next steps were. They also kept us updated on timelines and renovation progress promptly. Many homeowners mention needing to chase their IDs, but for us, it was the complete opposite, they were always proactive and one step ahead. We were glad to have found Fineline Design to work on our new home! As first time home owners we relied heavily on their input and advice. They were patient in explaining to us the what was going to be done and how it was being done. They were never pushy and respected our renovation budget. Raymond and James were able to capture the urban farmhouse concept we wanted. They were responsive and accommodating to any changes we requested. They work with reputable partners and contractors who were able to give us technical information and maintenance tips to all our installations.

One thing we really appreciated when working with Elaine was that she never rushed us to make decisions. She gave us time to think things through and never pressured us to confirm immediately. This made the whole process feel very comfortable, especially since renovation involves many small choices. When we were ready, she guided us step by step. The renovation moved along smoothly, and the final outcome felt well thought out rather than rushed.

Si Nan handled our renovation, and one thing I really appreciated was how comfortable she made us feel throughout the process. We didn’t have much renovation experience, and honestly some of our questions were quite basic. But she never made us feel awkward or rushed. She explained things patiently and made sure we understood before moving on. Because of that, we felt more confident making decisions. The renovation progressed smoothly, and the final home feels practical and comfortable to live in.
