Their ID did renovation above my unit and damaged my false ceiling. Common matter but they very reluctant to take responsibility. Contacted the designer about the damage, his initial reply was not be responsible for the damage, instead asked to come and check first. However he could not provide a date and time for coming. When I called the company to escalate this, their reply was to complain to HDB. I am so shocked with such response. Irresponsible company, no wonder their ID also same attitude.

Unimax Creative was always our preferred ID company. Their prices are fairly reasonable. Since day 1 we knew n engaged Unimax Creative, till today we never stop using them for all our renovations needs. To us, Unimax Creative is liked a one stop service center for all our needs. Till today, we don’t even bother to look for other Renovation ID companies coz Unimax Creative is still the best. Best in terms of honesty, workmanship, reliability, service n getting the job done within the stipulated time. For us, getting an Integrity Renovation ID company is not as easy. But with Unimax Creative, we can have a peace of mind without any worries at all. As a long standing customer n die hard fan of Unimax Creative, we can vouch for their superb workmanship and service.

Engaged Unimax to renovate our apartment. The ID company was able to tailor to our desired outcome with our budget inclusive of electrical works. My designer would update the progress of the work and keep us in the loop. When we faced with issues with the work done, he would quickly rectify them. He even took time off to help us sourced for lightings, kitchen and bathroom accessories. He is responsive and responsible. Unimax is a reliable and trustworthy company to work with and we were indeed very satisfied with their works and services. Thank you Unimax for designing and creating a cosy home with space maximization.

Decided to go with Unimax Creative as I have engaged them to renovate my earlier HDB resale n they have done a reasonably good job then. Besides, they have their own local carpentry work, electricians, etc rather than relying on too many sub contractors. In addition, ID James was amicable & easy to get along - able to accommodate our idea changes/ revision n still able to help us keep within our home’s desired budget. Most importantly he was very responsive to our queries n requests and able to mostly meet the reno timeline based on what was agreed. Follow-up on our requests to do rectifications works was managed & handled properly. Overall, we are happy on the workmanship of Unimax Creative works which is led ably by James

Good experience with James Tan who is a designer of Unimax Creative I engaged for my recent HDB upgrading renovation work. Overall work was of good quality and good value for the money spent. James is a very committed, helpful guy with creative and practical ideas to help me settled with a cost effective solution in meeting my expectations and the final work turned out to be a very nice piece. Though is a small Reno project , James had been very service & detailed orientated, responsive, patience to attend to my late changes requests and keep me duly updated throughout the various stages of work and explain to me the reasons of certain variations needed. I’m also very thankful for his efforts in running multiple trips to monitor that the work progress are on track and even spent extra times to help me up to source & fix other small little fixtures when I need help. His outstanding service level, good personality and able to keep very close to customers need has impressed me that I will rate 5 stars for him, I will also recommend his service whenever I have a chance

The pvc wooden floor was done very well, and the overall experience was very smooth and friendly. Responses were very clear and professional, with all the details specified and was easy to communicate. Designer also gave good recommendations for all the type of flooring that would fit the house and the work was done very well. The timing and budget were no problem and was organised clearly with good communication.

We are thankful to have Desmond as our ID which made our experience as first time home owner renovating our place very enjoyable and pleasant. He was attentive to our requests and was able to work within our budget without compromise to the designs. He even went the extra mile to help us with our selection of lights and furnitures. Glad to have Desmond and Unimax to help us make our dream home a reality!

Engaged Unimax to do some upgrading to my master bedroom toilet, Very impressed with the final outcome of the toilet. Designers at Unimax creative interior firm was able to realise my dream toilet and far exceeds my expectation. The design and craftsmanship was beautifully designed with practical and functional storage to keep the toilet looking pristine. Most importantly the designers listened and understood my needs and requests. And the final outcome was more than I expected. Thank you to the team at Unimax Creative. Looking forward to the next project for our home.

James is a friendly and approachable designer and easy to work with. Most importantly he tried his best to go the extra mile. I appreciated his support throughout the renovation. I remembered there was a material shortage and he upgraded the material with no extra charge just to accommodate to the deadline so that it will coincide with the end of work from home dates of my employer. It has been a year since the renovation and the quality still sustained. Good workmanship. 👍

Engaged Unimax and interior designer James Tan for the renovation of my new house. James was attentive to our needs and offered professional advice. He is definitely well-versed in the field of interior designing. His strategic designs (layout, colour, texture) allowed us to maximize space while creating a spacious, modern and minimalist home. Besides being patient in explaining details of the renovation work to us, James went the extra mile to make purchases to help out personally with our renovation. He was also prompt in reacting to any renovation hiccups and was understanding when we made last-minute requests. Thank you James for your exceptional service! We are very pleased with the outcome and will definitely recommend Unimax and James to our friends!

Responsive and easy to communicate peeps to work with. Hassle free service especially for busy people like me. They don’t come cheap but not overpriced, able to work within my budget and deliver what they promised without compromising. Happy and satisfied customer. Will always keep them in mind and constantly refer them to friends. Thumbs up.

I had an extremely poor experience with this company. I had a premium kitchen installed (~$20k) with Unimax using high gloss white acrylic cabinets which added $6,900 to the price. We were told that the acrylic was of the highest quality and would not discolour over time. Firstly, the design services of Unimax was substandard. We had to initiate most of the creative thinking and even had to change Unimax's original design as they suggested to install the kitchen sink off centre from the kitchen windows, which would have looked odd and been impractical. Secondly, after installation, the drawers were not well aligned and one of the Blum brackets were delivered damaged. I asked for rectification, but the contractor was rude and after contacting the project manager (who lost interest in our project after commencement), Unimax simply ignored me and asked for final payment. Three years after the installation, most of the acrylic services have turned a shade of yellow. I called Unimax and was told me that couldn't do anything to help me rectify the problem and that discolouration is never covered under warranty. There are many quality renovation companies around but sadly Unimax is not one of them. I paid top dollar for our renovation, but received substandard results.
