ABSOLOOK-ly fabulous! Kudos to Stephanie, who was ABSOLOOK-ly diligent in following up with us all the way. Her unwavering patience was admirable, explaining and clarifying all questions, queries, changes to our house design etc that we had "thrown" at her. Even though we WhatsApp her during the weekends, she also take the effort and time to answer our queries on the same day or if not, she will say she will check and get back to us. If we're to recommend, we will definitely recommend getting her for her ABSOLOOK diligence, commitment, patience. Credit to Lionel as well, for the good teamwork between both of them. Thanks to the both of them, we did not encounter the horror stories that we often read about in social media or in the news about IDs. Thumbs up! 👍🏼

My friend engaged Absolook for his renovation. Upon seeing the workmanship, I decided to engage them to help with revamping my parents 30+ years old flat too. Alex was attentive to what we require. He is also patient when we decided to make some adjustments and will provide us advice as to what we can consider. Alex is a very reliable ID and will keep us updated on our renovation progress. We feel assured to leave the renovation in his good hands. Absolook also takes pride in their work. We had cabinet doors installed (which we thought looked and works fine) but they removed it to bring it back for better alignment before reinstalling it back for us. I have no qualms in recommending Absolook for their dedication in their work!

My in-laws just had their place renovated, and they highly recommended their id, Stephanie Lim to me. And I'm glad to have looked her up! She's very reliable and responsive. There were some silver-colour scratches on my living room tiles left behind by nails on the crates that my furniture came in. Although no fault of Stephanie, I asked if she could help remove the scratches. Her workers tried but to no avail. Then one day I was surprised to find them all gone! What surprised me more was that she was the one who came one morning and removed them personally. As to how she managed to do it...you'll have to ask her yourself. :-)

Great renovation experience with Stephanie! She was able to understand what we want and she gave good advised on what are the pros and cons for the ideas. Stephanie was able to meet the tight deadline given to her without compromising quality. Even the defect checker I hired to QC before taking over praised the workmanship quality😂 Would greatly recommend her if you are looking to renovate your home!

The only ID who understood what we wanted, Stephanie did not push trending ideas to us. Instead, she worked with us on what we wanted, while advising us on those that are too technical for the layman us. No renovation is without hiccups but Stephanie communicated with us on the issues (which were no fault of hers) and came up with the possible solutions, which I thought was very important. Love her “ok, can!” - as long as it’s reasonable.

I couldn't be happier with my interior designer, Stephanie! She was always on time and gave us fantastic advice on choosing materials and figuring out what designs would work best to make every area in the house come together well. The 3D render she created was almost spot on, matching about 90% of what our space eventually looked like. She delivered everything as promised, so we could move in really soon after getting our keys, without any compromise on quality. Even after the renovation, her service has been great and very prompt. Her skills and attention to detail truly transformed our home. Stephanie isn’t the cheapest ID in the market, but the money is well-spent. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and insightful interior designer.

It has been an absolute pleasure engaging Lionel again for our second home and this time with his partner, Zhiwei. It was a very challenging 70's resale flat with lots of unlevelled ceiling and flooring. Despite that, the renovation was smooth and any hiccups were rectified promptly. The whole space looks really welcoming and cosy now..amazing how renovation can change the whole look..Thank you so much bros!!💪

We engaged ID Steph, via some positive reviews on her. She'd carried out her work swiftly and respond to our query promptly. However, there's a delay hand over due to repeatedly rectification on carpentry work for 'tic tac' door bomb shelter. The outstanding of her quality is she being able to co-ordinate with her contractor on plumber, electrician work well. Area to be improve is to give more relevant ideas on the reno where we've overlooked, eg on the kitchen cabinet, it should include 'pull out tray ' for the utensils ie pots and pans. Yes, she can get the reno work completed within 2 months, other than the delay on the tic tac door rectification. Overall, we are satisfied with her work. Workmanship is acceptable. We do recommend whoever to engage Absolute ID + Steph for renovations.
