My second time engaging Absolook for my renovation needs. I did alot of research, reading up reviews and sourcing out other IDs as well and only one ID stood out. And it was Stephanie. I personally requested for Stephanie and thank goodness she was available. At this point, we had already met with many other IDs and we had a fixed idea of what we wanted and a budget and timeline to meet. Stephanie was very approachable, easy going and what made us choose her was the way she is always prompt and willing to go an extra mile to assist us. Any issues, she will find a solution and resolve it ASAP. We laid out our ideas, our budget, our tight deadline and she listened to us patiently. She suggested a few things and did not try to hard sell us nor was she pushy. She will patiently let us decide when we are ready and give us alternatives when needed. She will always personally oversee things and give us prompt and timely updates throughout the renovation process as well. During the handover, we highlighted a few minor details and things were resolved promptly. She made our renovation journey comfortable, fuss free and we decided to just leave the house renovation process in her care. That shows how much she has gained our trust and indeed she did not disappoint. Absolook’s workmanship is amazing, and Stephanie managed to get our house ready on time and we love it.
