Was recommended by my sister after her great experiences with Kavin and the Metamorph team. Glad I followed her recommendation indeed! Kavin and his team take great pride in their work. They deliver good quality work. They are very artistic and knowledgeable, absolutely capable at dishing out good advice and suggestions, as they guided us along in making some design and aesthetic choices. At no point, did I feel any pressure to make quick and fast decisions, they really allowed me to take the time to think thru and guided me along to reach the final reno plans. Even in certain problem areas of the house that we were not sure about whether we wanted to do or not, they were generous in taking the time to think through and provide possible solutions. During the renovation, the process was clearly explained to me, issues were brought up early and problems were readily solved. I would highly recommend Kavin and his team for anyone looking for a stress-free renovation, with good design ideas, flexibility, high quality work and most importantly high standards of work ethics. I will be engaging them again, for sure, for any future renos/home improvements.

Extremely thankful that we decided to engage Jia Xuan and Jones from Metamorph Design to renovate our home. We engaged Jia Xuan and Jones as they made a great impression with their wealth of experience renovating landed houses. Throughout the entire renovation, both of them were very responsive, often picking up our calls even on Sundays which is the only day of the week when we are free to shop for furniture and electronic appliances etc. They are also very open to feedback and ideas, at the same time flexible to offer other suggestions if they think that some of our requests may not be feasible. Most importantly, we were impressed by the workmanship and quality of all the materials they utilised, an ultimately, they completed the renovation on time as promised. Would highly recommend Metamorph Design to anyone who is looking to renovate their houses!

This is the second time we have engaged Metamorph for renovation works, because we had been very pleased and satisfied with their first job. My family had a joyful, smooth, and problem-free journey with Metamorph. This is certainly not the case with many other renovation companies out there. We have heard our fair share of renovation horror stories from our friends, so we do not take our happy journey with Metamorph for granted at all. If I am limited to only one word to describe Metamorph, it will be TRUSTWORTHINESS. After close interaction, over a long period of time, with everyone on the team, Kavin, Andy, Wilson, and even their electrician colleagues, Francis and brother, we feel that we can deeply trust them to be full of integrity in their work and dealings. I have the luxury and the privilege that I don’t have to keep checking on them. They will do you a great job. You can count on it. If I am allowed a few more words, I would describe them as MORE THAN FAIR, TO THE POINT OF KINDNESS, very artistic, with a good eye for design and aesthetics. They KNOW THEIR WORK very well, have all the necessary knowledge and experience, are very professional, and have partnerships with trustworthy and professional craftsmen who complement their work. We were trying to be wise in our expenditure, and Metamorph guided us about what to spend on that was really necessary or had a high value return on investment, and where we could save money. My family very very strongly recommends Metamorph for your rebuilding/ renovation works.

We went back to Metamorph Designs after they did a great job with major renovation of our corner terrace. This time we needed to renovate our wet kitchen to make it a more weatherproof and cosy workspace for cooking and laundry and hanging out. Didnt take long for Kevin to bring Jiaxuan back as the original team who did our house previously. As promised, Jiaxuan incorporate our more specific needs and ideas throughout the entire reno process. She also saw through the whole works meticulously and liaised with me while I was working overseas. All in all, the works were completed well ahead of schedule to the best of our liking. Definitely kudos to her great management and designing skills. Lots of happy friendship moments created too. Will highly recommend Metamorph for more personalised reno needs and collaboration.

After reviewing several interior design firms, we chose Metamorph—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made for our home. Our designer, Jones, delivered a beautifully executed modern contemporary design that exceeded our expectations. From the very first meeting, he demonstrated professionalism, refined taste, and strong attention to detail. His ability to translate our ideas into a cohesive and stylish vision made the design process smooth and enjoyable. Jones was collaborative and proactive throughout, taking the time to understand our lifestyle needs and preferences. He provided clear design proposals and helpful recommendations that balanced aesthetics with functionality. We especially appreciated how open he was to feedback and how well he incorporated our input into the final result. The quality of materials and workmanship was excellent. One standout was the carpentry, which had a formaldehyde emission level of just 0.02—well below the industry gold standard of 0.08. This attention to health and environmental standards was a pleasant surprise and something we truly value. Jones provided regular updates on the renovation progress and was always reachable when we had questions. He also personally oversaw the renovation onsite, ensuring smooth coordination among the contractors and addressing any issues immediately. Even after handover, he remained hands-on and resolved minor defects promptly and professionally. The renovation site was kept clean, safe, and well-organized throughout the process. Floor protection was properly installed, and safety precautions were clearly observed—a detail we greatly appreciated. Despite the project spanning the year-end festive period, everything was completed on time with no delays, which speaks volumes about the team’s dedication and efficiency. In summary, we are extremely pleased with both the design outcome and the overall renovation journey. We would strongly recommend Metamorph and Jones to anyone looking for a trusted, detail-oriented, and design-savvy interior designer.

Kavin Lee Metamorph Design was referred to me by a friend who has previously used his services. For my new condo , I engaged Kavin for the design and construction of a loft floor in the living hall with double volume . The work of kavin was excellent, he designed according to our requirements and also gave alternatives and suggestion to improve the design. He managed to complete the work within the original schedule and workmanship was good, follow-up for rectification work was prompt . I was particularly pleased with his suggestion to add a floor- to -ceiling mirror in the wall to enhance the space in the living room . The effect is good . I highly recommend kavin to anyone who is looking for ID services .

ID: Metamorph Design Working with Jia Xuan, we only had a tight timeline of 3-4months for the renovation and she managed to finished it within schedule for us to moved in time. Jia Xuan was very professional and handled all questions and requests prompty. Workmanship and quality was top notch by Metamorph Design. As both of us were busy with work, we trusted her for coordination with suppliers which she handled seemlessly. Will highly recommend for Landed A&A or ID works.

My family and I count ourselves fortunate to have had Kavin, Andy, Wilson and team, from Metamorph Design, work on the renovation of our old walkup apartment. We selected Metamorph from among other ID firms because we found their quotation most fair and detailed. During the renovation journey, we observed that this team has a DNA that governs them in their work. They have integrity and fully intend to do a good job. They drive themselves to hold the bar high, not get driven by the customer. Throughout the whole process that lasted about 4 months, we learned that we could trust them on every front related to the renovation. I think this is the most important factor in any transaction or relationship. This team is highly experienced, knowledgeable and competent, and they also work with competent external craftsmen. We have very little knowledge and experience in design and renovation, and we were very glad to be guided expertly by the team. They gave good suggestions and advice and could pre-empt problems for us. I have friends who had undergone hellish renovation journeys, in which serious mistakes were made, which required much rectification and damage control, leading to project/budget overrun. We experienced none of these with Kavin and his team. The entire process was smooth, rational, logical and based on facts. They were always gentlemanly, reasonable and fair. They have a good mind for design, and are creative and attentive to detail. All these translated to good space planning, beautiful decor and a cohesive colour scheme, which elevated the look and feel of the old apartment. They are good listeners and were able to understand our unique requirements and constraints very well. They helped us bring their beautiful design to life, while accommodating our constraints. Each and everyone of the team is very kind. They went out of their way to help us troubleshoot issues. Here is one of many examples: The team not only handled the reno work responsibly such that the surrounding neighbours were minimally impacted, they even went out of their way to help us manage some neighbours who had made unreasonable requests of us, thereby protecting us from unnecessary fallout with neighbours. They are very good communicators. They engaged us actively such that there was never a moment in which we were confused, unclear, or not informed. They answered all queries all the way until we understood the situation. Kavin, Andy and team took away much of the stress usually associated with large complex projects such as a house renovation. It was truly a dream journey. We very highly recommend Metamorph Design. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the outcome of the renovation. The house is pretty, comfortable, functional and practical. We look forward to moving in.

Was introduce to this company by my electrician. First meeting with jones saw professionalism and comes with good experience and good industry knowledge. The quotation was seamless and jones always answer my questions promptly The contractor that was used for masonry, vinyl flooring and painting are all stacked with experience and very professional. Overall experience was great and pleasant, highly recommend this company if you wish to do ID.

Zheng Yuan (ZY) was recommended by my friends which assisted me in renovating my 24 year old EC. I had totally no clue on how to begin planning and ZY was there for me from the start right to the very end. From giving me ideas , showing me samples of his previous works really helped me have a better picture of my dream home. Being a first timer renovating my home, ZY was very paitent in his explanations ensuring I understood his workflow and how it would benefit me . ZY amazed me on how he followed the planned schedule closely and met the timeline of 2 months which included hacking my kitchen,2 toilets , installing new carpentry and paint works. I must admit that I am not an easy customer and a perfectionist, nevertheless ZY meet all my expectations and requests. Thank you ZY !

Jones helped me in our recent Renovation. He is very reliable and responsible, overseeing everything and providing good suggestions to address unexpected situations so that I don’t need to spend time on the minor details.
