I am beyond furious, disgusted, and completely fed up with this company. This entire experience has been nothing short of a complete disaster. I have NEVER dealt with a service provider as irresponsible, dishonest, and utterly incompetent as this one. From start to finish, they have done nothing but lie, delay, disappear, and throw empty promises at me. 1. They NEVER keep their promises. Every promise is just another lie. They say they will settle the issue, they say they will come, they say they will follow up — but NONE of it ever happens. 2. Their appointments are FAKE. They keep giving me dates and times, and I shift my entire schedule just to accommodate them. I adjust my plans, keep myself free, and wait at home — and they STILL don’t show up. No early notice. No last-minute update. Nothing. What kind of rubbish service is this, where the CLIENT has to rearrange everything, but the company can’t even have the decency to turn up? 3. They always blame “another client.” Every time they fail to appear, it’s the same excuse: “Got issue with another customer.” This is beyond unprofessional. If you cannot manage your schedule, don’t give appointments you can’t keep. 4. Zero communication — they ignore messages and calls. I get no replies, no callbacks, no follow-ups. I have to keep chasing them like I’m begging for something. They simply don’t care. 5. They clearly don’t prioritise me at all. They make it obvious that other customers come first, and I’m treated like I’m not important. Even after paying them, I get pushed aside repeatedly. Total disrespect. And to top it all off, their worker DAMAGED my bed frame, and until now, they have refused to take responsibility or fix it. No apology, no solution — absolutely nothing. This company is unreliable, irresponsible, unprofessional, dishonest, and completely incompetent. They wasted my time, my money, and my peace of mind. My warning to everyone: Stay FAR away from this company. They don’t keep promises. They don’t show up. They don’t reply. They don’t care. They only know how to give excuses and lie. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

I am very happy with Thiam Soon’s work on my home. From start to finish, he proved to be professional, approachable, and extremely reliable. What impressed me most was his initiative...he kept me constantly updated at every single stage of the renovation process and always responded to my queries almost instantly. There was never any guesswork involved. He managed the timeline brilliantly and finished the entire project right on schedule without compromising on quality. We had an amazing experience working with Andrea from weiken.com on our home renovation. She took the time to understand our needs and also gave constructive comments that sped up the planning process. Throughout the renovation, communication was excellent. Andrea would send us videos and photos to keep us updated on the progress, and any issues that came up were also handled promptly and professionally. Her attention to detail helped make this a fuss free process - especially when it comes to details people normally overlook or do not know what to look for. Now that we've moved into our new home, we're so happy with how everything has turned out. We receive compliments from friends and family and we truly enjoy living in the space she helped create Thank you for making what could have been a stressful renovation such an enjoyable experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrea to anyone looking for a reliable, talented, and trustworthy interior designer.

Before signing the contract, Hazel has continuously followed up with me even though my Renovation works budget was not substantial. After signing the contract, from start to finish, she fulfilled all of our requests, taking into full consideration that we were staying in throughout the renovation period with my 85 years old mother. The Reno work completed within 12 days! Prompt and efficient scheduling without any work delay. It has exceeded our expectations. Hazel also answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. 👍

We would really recommend Damien from Decor 8! Damien is very reliable, responsive to our queries and comments (regardless of how trivial or silly it may be). He is always willing to engage with us, understand what we want and work towards solving any issues that crop up. He is extremely patient, understanding and willing to go above and beyond. His design was impeccable and his spatial planning was very well thought-out! It was truly a pleasure to have him as our ID and for him to be part of our renovation journey. Thank you for helping us to create our dream home!

Once again we have chance to work with Angel. This round she helped us to solve the aircon pipe leakages. She coordinated the demolition, rerouting of the aircon pipes, tiling. The sub contractors that she teamed has excellent workmanship. She promised the cleaned up by the workers and they did so. Now we can enjoy our aircon again. She also recommended the replacement of the toilet door at the yard. Love the quality supplied. No flimsy material like xx brand. Love the colour and classy finish. Always trust Angel’s judgement.

Charleston, our interior designer, took the time to understand our family’s needs, preferences and lifestyle. He was patient, thoughtful and honest in his recommendations, and he remained responsive throughout the entire journey. We especially appreciated that he was always transparent about what would work well and what might not be practical. We also incorporated full smart-home features throughout our home, which added another layer of complexity to the renovation. The Elique team worked closely with us to coordinate the various requirements and ensure that the design, electrical works and smart features came together smoothly. A very special mention must go to Joey, our project manager, who truly went above and beyond for us. He was extremely reliable, responsive and proactive, and he treated our home as though it were his own. Whenever an issue came up, Joey never avoided responsibility or made excuses. He listened, found solutions and followed through until everything was properly resolved. Joey’s service genuinely reminded us of Singapore Airlines-level service—warm, attentive, reassuring and consistently professional. His responsiveness and dedication gave us a great deal of confidence and peace of mind throughout what could otherwise have been a very stressful renovation journey. More than anything, Elique earned our trust. They were honest in their communication, dependable in their commitments and sincere in wanting to deliver a home that we would be happy with. We engaged Yve and Jun Yi as the team behind designing our first ever home, and we're very happy with the final result. From the beginning, Yve stood out to us having managed to resonate with our Scandi/Japandi vision. Despite minor hiccups along the reno journey, the team reacted promptly to our needs and accommodated us throughout. Overall, we've had a really good experience working with Thomas from start to finish. Like any renovation, there were a few issues along the way, but Thomas was always quick to follow up and coordinate with the relevant parties to get things resolved as soon as possible. Throughout the renovation, Thomas was also very transparent with the progress of the works. He kept us updated on what was happening, explained any issues that came up, and was upfront about the next steps. We really appreciated the clear communication as it made the whole process much less stressful. We're also happy that the carpentry uses low-formaldehyde wood, which was something we valued as first-time homeowners since indoor air quality was important to us. Overall, we're really happy with how our home turned out and grateful for Thomas's support throughout the entire journey. Thanks again for helping us bring our first home to life!

After reading countless renovation horror stories, I was very cautious when choosing an ID. I met seven different designers before Sean and Marcus from Kanso Haus Studio won me over with their passion, professionalism, and technical knowledge. As a first-time homeowner, I appreciated how they patiently explained not just the design ideas, but also the technical aspects of the renovation. Throughout the project, they kept me updated on the schedule, followed up proactively, and answered every question I had. There were countless times where they replied close to midnight, and I had to tell them, "Guys, it's ok. you can reply tmr morning!". Most importantly, they genuinely cared about delivering a quality home and were always transparent whenever minor issues arose. Choosing Kanso Haus Studio was one of the best decisions I made. I'll definitely be recommending Sean and Marcus to my friends and family. After hearing so many renovation horror stories, I'm glad mine wasn't one of them. Horror stories with Kanso Haus? Zero.

I am pleased & happy with the Reno job of our existing home. Having stayed at our current home for more than 30years, we decided to do a total Reno work & glad we had entrusted the contract to Ingenious Design Solutions. The Inconvenience of having to shift, etc is compensated by the great work done plus completion of the Reno work within the time frame we requested. 👏👏👏 They manage to accommodate & input all our requirements & even proposed ideas & give suggestions that is practical to suit our family lifestyle. Our designer Mizii is patient & truly helpful as well as offer great ideas/suggestions in designing & colour theme. Also kudos to Mr. Andrew Lim for his field experience which is truly great & practical. A smooth & seamless handover. Great job guys 🙏🏼
