I had a very positive experience working with M-Concept, especially with my ID, Dennis Tan, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and responsible interior designer. Dennis handled the first phase of my home renovation, and throughout the entire process, he was extremely helpful and responsive. Communication with him was always easy, and whenever I had questions, concerns or unexpected issues, he was willing to discuss them patiently and help me find practical solutions. This made the renovation process much smoother and less stressful. What I appreciate most about Dennis is that his support did not simply end when the main renovation was completed. Recently, I needed to patch and restore part of my flooring after removing an existing built-in cabinet. It was a relatively small job and, after approaching several flooring companies, I found that many were either unwilling to take it on or quoted quite high prices. I contacted Dennis again, and he was willing to step in and help. He explained the possible limitations of the repair, discussed the options with me, and arranged for the work to be done at a reasonable cost. For me, this kind of after-sales support says a lot about an ID. It is easy to provide good service while a major renovation project is ongoing, but continuing to help a customer with smaller issues afterwards is something I genuinely appreciate. I have been very satisfied with the workmanship and service from the first phase of my renovation through to this recent flooring work. Dennis has been reliable, approachable and responsible throughout, and I feel that I can contact him when I need advice or help with my home. Renovation involves a lot of decisions and unexpected situations, so having an ID whom you can trust makes a huge difference. I am very happy that I chose Dennis Tan and M-Concept for my home. Definitely deserving of a very high rating, and I would be happy to work with Dennis again for any future renovation works.

We recently completed our first renovation with Jing Long as our interior designer and Samuel as our project manager, and we had such a positive experience working with them! As first-time home owners, we really appreciated their patience and guidance throughout the entire process. Jing Long's design concepts were thoughtful and creative, and he was detailed and accommodating whenever we had requests or changes in mind. Samuel kept things running smoothly on the project management side, and we always felt informed with regular updates along the way. Jing Long and Samuel are both friendly and responsive! It made what could have been a stressful process feel more manageable. We are grateful for their hard work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive team!

YJ is a reliable and steadfast partner to work with. Both my husband and I were more than adequately supported by him. He listened to our needs, aligned our needs to our tastes, and gave us advice whenever we were lost. Seeing the house transform into a cosy space suited to our preferences was a huge blessing. 1. He did not simply give us a “standard” design and plastered trendy elements without thought. 2. He helped us attend to all the liaisons with no hiccups. 3. Our timeline was so very short and yet he pulled it off with no delay. 4. There was no conflict along the way and he’s always been such a pillar of support. It was a dream working with Starry Homestead’s YJ.

+1 star, total 6 stars. I came across Charlotte while shopping around for ID firms, and was fortunate enough to have met Ginny as my ID. As a first time homeowner of a resale flat, I was initially skeptical of engaging ID firm, but ultimately took a leap of faith and engaged Charlotte, which is perhaps one of the wisest choice I have made. Ginny not only provided me with assurance during the period of renovation, which proved to be rather stressful, but also went to extra mile to help source for suitable furnishings to match my theme. The design and concept of my home has also garnered compliments from my friends and families, which made me very proud as the homeowner. Besides providing me with regular updates during each phase, Ginny also completed the project and handed over the house to me ahead of schedule, which is remarkable considering the many stories I hear on project delays. I strongly recommend Charlotte and Ginny for homeowners who are looking for a reliable and trustworthy ID.

He takes full ownership of our project and follows up on issues very quickly. Highly Recommended – Great Experience with Randy from Supreme Houzz After visiting and speaking with a few interior designers, I decided to go with Randy from Supreme Houzz, and I’m really glad I made that choice. From the beginning, Randy was approachable, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to understand what I wanted. The 5-year workmanship warranty also gave me additional peace of mind when making my decision. My renovation covered mainly the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom, and the entire process went very smoothly. The renovation started on 10 June and was handed over by 1 August, which meant everything was completed in less than two months. I was very happy with how efficiently the project was managed. Of course, like any renovation project, there were some issues along the way. What impressed me was how quickly Randy responded whenever something came up. He was always responsive, addressed the issues promptly, and provided practical solutions rather than leaving me to figure things out myself. Randy also gave me practical advice throughout the renovation and was always willing to accommodate my requests where possible. I really appreciated his hands-on approach and commitment to making sure things were done properly. Overall, it was a very good experience working with Randy and the team at Supreme Houzz. I’m very happy with the final result and the way the entire renovation was handled. We would like to thank Desmond from Jesign for his exceptional support throughout our renovation journey. He has been incredibly responsive, reliable, and always quick to react whenever things don’t go as planned, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and smoothly. Even after the renovation was completed, he remains supportive and readily reachable whenever we need assistance. Beyond his professionalism, Desmond is patient, approachable, and genuinely cares about his clients. I am beyond furious, disgusted, and completely fed up with this company. This entire experience has been nothing short of a complete disaster. I have NEVER dealt with a service provider as irresponsible, dishonest, and utterly incompetent as this one. From start to finish, they have done nothing but lie, delay, disappear, and throw empty promises at me. 1. They NEVER keep their promises. Every promise is just another lie. They say they will settle the issue, they say they will come, they say they will follow up — but NONE of it ever happens. 2. Their appointments are FAKE. They keep giving me dates and times, and I shift my entire schedule just to accommodate them. I adjust my plans, keep myself free, and wait at home — and they STILL don’t show up. No early notice. No last-minute update. Nothing. What kind of rubbish service is this, where the CLIENT has to rearrange everything, but the company can’t even have the decency to turn up? 3. They always blame “another client.” Every time they fail to appear, it’s the same excuse: “Got issue with another customer.” This is beyond unprofessional. If you cannot manage your schedule, don’t give appointments you can’t keep. 4. Zero communication — they ignore messages and calls. I get no replies, no callbacks, no follow-ups. I have to keep chasing them like I’m begging for something. They simply don’t care. 5. They clearly don’t prioritise me at all. They make it obvious that other customers come first, and I’m treated like I’m not important. Even after paying them, I get pushed aside repeatedly. Total disrespect. And to top it all off, their worker DAMAGED my bed frame, and until now, they have refused to take responsibility or fix it. No apology, no solution — absolutely nothing. This company is unreliable, irresponsible, unprofessional, dishonest, and completely incompetent. They wasted my time, my money, and my peace of mind. My warning to everyone: Stay FAR away from this company. They don’t keep promises. They don’t show up. They don’t reply. They don’t care. They only know how to give excuses and lie. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

Thanks to Kent from Niche Koncept Design Group for all the hard work throughout the whole journey. From planning until handover, he was always patient and easy to communicate with. Whenever we had questions or wanted to make some changes, he replied quite fast and explained everything clearly, so we felt quite assured. The carpentry workmanship is neat and the finishing is good. The design also turned out very close to what we imagined. Kent also gave us quite a few practical ideas that we never thought of, and they really made the space more functional. What I appreciate most is that after handover, he still followed up with us and arranged the small touch-ups without any pushing around. That gave us confidence that he really takes responsibility for his projects. Overall, no regrets choosing Niche Koncept Design Group. If anyone looking for an ID who’s responsible, responsive and easy to work with, can look for Kent. Thanks again for making our new home exactly how we wanted it. 👍
