I engaged Supreme Houzz Design specifically to renovate my kitchen, and overall I’m very pleased with the outcome. A special shout-out goes to *James and Randy*, who I worked closely with throughout the project , both did an excellent job, were consistently very responsive, easy to reach, and quick to answer every question or update I asked for. The whole team was professional from start to finish , James and Randy listened carefully to my ideas, offered practical design suggestions that fit my budget and lifestyle, and were transparent about costs right from the beginning. The finished kitchen looks fantastic clean layout, quality materials, smooth finishing work, and exactly the bright, functional space I wanted. Their carpentry and installation work were neat and well executed. The project stayed close to the timeline we agreed on, there were a couple of minor delays with certain materials along the way, but James and Randy kept me updated and communicated honestly whenever anything came up. The pricing was fair and reasonable for the quality delivered. The workers were courteous, tidy at the end of each day, and any small adjustments I asked for were handled quickly and willingly, James and Randy made sure nothing was too much trouble. It was a positive experience overall, I’d happily recommend Supreme Houzz Design, and specifically mention James and Randy for their great service, to anyone planning a kitchen renovation, and would engage them again myself if the need arises.

We had an excellent renovation experience with Space Atelier, led by Thackeray. He is thoughtful in both design and execution, putting in genuine effort to create a unique theme rather than relying on common designs. He paid attention to practical details, such as customizing cabinet dimensions to fit our existing large items. What impressed us most was his proactive problem-solving approach. Whenever issues arose, he would first think through solutions and present a clear plan to resolve them. He was responsive throughout the project, detail-oriented in execution, and worked hard to meet all timing constraints. I recently engaged Cedric Wong from Elite Boss to renovate my new BTO HDB flat, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From our very first consultation, Cedric was incredibly patient, listening closely to my lifestyle needs and budget constraints. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. Cedric kept me updated with regular photos and videos in our WhatsApp group, which gave me total peace of mind about the renovation progress. Great experience with Samson from Juz Interior! Very responsive, patient and always willing to help, even with items and vendors we sourced ourselves. Renovation had its challenges, but he stayed involved and worked with us to resolve them. Never pushy with upselling and always gave practical advice. Really appreciate the effort throughout. I came across LA Design while I was starting on my home renovation journey slightly over a year ago, browsing through Instagram. Right from the first meeting, Jeff and Lia took the time to understand both my wife’s and my lifestyle, preferences and needs. They were well prepared from the very first consultation, and we walked away learning so much from them and, more importantly, feeling very good about them. Compared to the other IDs we met, they certainly gave us the most positive first impression. Throughout the renovation journey, they were patient, transparent and reassuring. As this was our first time renovating, their communication and professionalism gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. The vendors they introduced were also easy to work with, which made the overall experience even smoother. During the renovation, we made several change requests along the way, and they were always able to provide solutions in a timely manner. Of course, we understood that hiccups are bound to happen during any renovation, but what stood out was how quickly they responded and addressed issues whenever they arose. Jeff’s eye for detail and Lia’s passion for the project made them a great combination, and we feel very lucky to have had them working on our home. The end result was very much what we had hoped for. A home that stayed true to what we discussed and what was rendered, while being both aesthetically pleasing and functional. We’re truly grateful for all their effort throughout the renovation journey, and thankful that along the way, we gained not just a beautiful home, but also a genuine connection with our designers.

We had a really great experience working with Kai Yi as our ID. From the start, he was incredibly patient, friendly, and responsible throughout the whole renovation journey. What we appreciated most was how much time he took to understand what we wanted, even during the many times when we ourselves weren’t entirely sure what we wanted and kept changing our minds! He was always patient with us, listened to our concerns and ideas, and never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Kai Yi was also very accommodating and would always try his best to find ways to achieve the look and requirements we had in mind, while giving us practical advice along the way. Whenever there were issues or changes needed, he was responsible and responsive in following up and getting things sorted out. Renovation can definitely be stressful with so many decisions to make, but having someone patient and dependable made the whole process much easier for us. Overall, we’re really happy with the results!

I had a very positive experience working with M-Concept, especially with my ID, Dennis Tan, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and responsible interior designer. Dennis handled the first phase of my home renovation, and throughout the entire process, he was extremely helpful and responsive. Communication with him was always easy, and whenever I had questions, concerns or unexpected issues, he was willing to discuss them patiently and help me find practical solutions. This made the renovation process much smoother and less stressful. What I appreciate most about Dennis is that his support did not simply end when the main renovation was completed. Recently, I needed to patch and restore part of my flooring after removing an existing built-in cabinet. It was a relatively small job and, after approaching several flooring companies, I found that many were either unwilling to take it on or quoted quite high prices. I contacted Dennis again, and he was willing to step in and help. He explained the possible limitations of the repair, discussed the options with me, and arranged for the work to be done at a reasonable cost. For me, this kind of after-sales support says a lot about an ID. It is easy to provide good service while a major renovation project is ongoing, but continuing to help a customer with smaller issues afterwards is something I genuinely appreciate. I have been very satisfied with the workmanship and service from the first phase of my renovation through to this recent flooring work. Dennis has been reliable, approachable and responsible throughout, and I feel that I can contact him when I need advice or help with my home. Renovation involves a lot of decisions and unexpected situations, so having an ID whom you can trust makes a huge difference. I am very happy that I chose Dennis Tan and M-Concept for my home. Definitely deserving of a very high rating, and I would be happy to work with Dennis again for any future renovation works.
