Five long months - from waiting for the completion date, to key handover, and finally renovation - but it was all worth it. I’d like to give a huge shoutout to my amazing IDs, Alvan and Jason. Their patience throughout the entire journey - from brainstorming and quotations to multiple idea changes and even renovation hiccups - was truly beyond what I could have asked for. Some things could have gone south, but thanks to their dedication, everything turned out right. Alvan was the backbone of the project, always ensuring my concerns were heard and addressed. Jason, on the other hand, played a crucial role in executing the plan and making sure everything was delivered properly. More than a month after moving in, I still wake up every day feeling satisfied with the outcome. If I were to go through this process again, Alvan and Jason would definitely be at the top of my list.

My wife and I first met Zen at the Qanvast Hangout event and immediately gravitated towards him amongst the ones we met at the event. We’re really glad we went with him. From the start, he was highly responsive and responsible, always on the ball with our questions and requests. Beyond his strong creative eye, Zen took the time to fully understand our vision and never left anything to assumption. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for an interior designer - we’re certain you’ll have no regrets.

A huge thank you to Stanley and Dylan from Empyrean Design Studio for turning a house into a reality "Home" of my very own style 🥳 Thank God everything ended smoothly within the targeted timeline of 3 months. There were definitely few challenges and unexpected issues, or hiccups along the way as human nothing is 100% perfect. However, they did their very best to solve it as smooth as possible. Best and truly appreciated was every single details were highlighted and updated constantly with no hidden cost. Everything were well discussed before making any decisions no matter how small were the issues. They shared their opinions and helped making good decisions together along the way making it a smooth experience indeed. Love max the kitchen, masterbed room and master bathroom. Everything came into reality from the 3D designs and planning. Hi everyone, I would like to share some feedback as we are now at the final stage of my renovation. I had a great experience working with Insight Out Studio, and especially with the designer, Travis How. From start to finish, Travis managed the project with a high level of responsibility and professionalism. He was well-organized, attentive to details, and made sure every stage of the project was handled smoothly. Communication was one of the biggest strengths throughout the process. Travis was clear, responsive, and always took the time to explain design decisions and address any questions or concerns. This made the entire experience stress-free and collaborative. He was also very easy to work with—open to feedback, flexible when adjustments were needed, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome. The end result reflected both strong design expertise and thoughtful project management. Met my ID Jodan. Jodan is a very easy going person. Although I'm staying in, Jodan has make sure all my requirements have been done the way I want, any issues he will always resolve it promptly. Really happy with the end product of my renovation. Workmanship is very good too. The renovation met the expectations I wanted too. He also give me better ideas on my layout and colour choices too. Will recommend Jodan as anyone's next ID.

I had a mixed but generally okay experience working with YY from Local INN.terior. At the start, YY’s mood board really captured the overall vibe we were going for, and that gave us confidence to move forward. Her design sense and ability to understand the “feel” we wanted was definitely her strong point. However, the renovation process itself was quite challenging. The project took about 4.5 months to complete, which was much longer than expected. Communication and updates were sometimes slow, and this required a lot of patience and flexibility on our end. In addition, while the initial mood board matched our vision well, the final outcome and 3D renders did not always align closely with what was originally presented. That said, if you are someone who values overall vibe and concept more than exact execution, and you’re able to be flexible with timelines and communication, YY may still be a suitable choice. My main takeaway is that it’s important to set very clear expectations about timelines, communication style, and how closely the final result should follow the original designs.

This level of accountability and responsiveness is something I truly value, as it shows commitment to customer satisfaction rather than just completing the job. Overall, the entire renovation journey was smooth and well-managed. Ansel demonstrated strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and a genuine desire to deliver good results. The project was completed in a timely manner, and the end result aligned well with what was discussed and agreed upon earlier. It was a positive experience working with Ansel, and I am satisfied with both the process and the outcome.
