I am beyond furious, disgusted, and completely fed up with this company. This entire experience has been nothing short of a complete disaster. I have NEVER dealt with a service provider as irresponsible, dishonest, and utterly incompetent as this one. From start to finish, they have done nothing but lie, delay, disappear, and throw empty promises at me. 1. They NEVER keep their promises. Every promise is just another lie. They say they will settle the issue, they say they will come, they say they will follow up — but NONE of it ever happens. 2. Their appointments are FAKE. They keep giving me dates and times, and I shift my entire schedule just to accommodate them. I adjust my plans, keep myself free, and wait at home — and they STILL don’t show up. No early notice. No last-minute update. Nothing. What kind of rubbish service is this, where the CLIENT has to rearrange everything, but the company can’t even have the decency to turn up? 3. They always blame “another client.” Every time they fail to appear, it’s the same excuse: “Got issue with another customer.” This is beyond unprofessional. If you cannot manage your schedule, don’t give appointments you can’t keep. 4. Zero communication — they ignore messages and calls. I get no replies, no callbacks, no follow-ups. I have to keep chasing them like I’m begging for something. They simply don’t care. 5. They clearly don’t prioritise me at all. They make it obvious that other customers come first, and I’m treated like I’m not important. Even after paying them, I get pushed aside repeatedly. Total disrespect. And to top it all off, their worker DAMAGED my bed frame, and until now, they have refused to take responsibility or fix it. No apology, no solution — absolutely nothing. This company is unreliable, irresponsible, unprofessional, dishonest, and completely incompetent. They wasted my time, my money, and my peace of mind. My warning to everyone: Stay FAR away from this company. They don’t keep promises. They don’t show up. They don’t reply. They don’t care. They only know how to give excuses and lie. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

Ecasa Studio stood out amongst the peers in terms of the 3D drawing early part of the process. My ID, Giovanni LG has a knack in advising tasteful and functional designs in everyday living, always carrying a positive outlook, approachable to discuss as he does not impose his ideas on you. While reminders were needed the to expedite and make good the process, and wish he gave more advance notice at times, delighted with the outcome based on this price point!

I’m truly glad I chose Max as my interior designer for my renovation. From our very first discussion, he took the time to understand my lifestyle, preferences, and the overall look I wanted to achieve. His design ideas were practical, creative, and stylish, always balancing aesthetics with functionality. He also respected my budget and never pressured me into unnecessary upgrades, which I really appreciated. One of the things that impressed me the most was the quality of the carpentry work. I have four carpentry areas in my home, and every one of them was completed with excellent workmanship. The finishing is neat, the alignment is precise, and the attention to detail is exceptional. The carpentry not only looks beautiful but is also highly functional, and it truly reflects the quality and craftsmanship that Max and his team deliver. Throughout the renovation, Max was patient, responsive, and responsible. Whenever I had questions or concerns, he replied promptly and ensured everything was resolved efficiently. He kept me updated on the progress regularly, making the entire renovation process smooth and giving me peace of mind from start to finish. The final result exceeded my expectations. My home turned out exactly the way I had envisioned—bright, modern, cosy, and beautifully designed. Every corner reflects the thought, effort, and attention to detail that Max put into the project. Every time I walk into my home, I’m reminded that choosing Max was the right decision. Thank you, Max, for making this renovation journey such a positive and enjoyable experience. I truly appreciate your professionalism, creativity, and dedication. If you're looking for an interior designer with excellent design sense, outstanding carpentry workmanship, and someone who genuinely cares about delivering quality work, I would highly recommend Max without hesitation.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Josh who was the primary ID servicing me. As a representative of his company, he gave great advice for the house, keenly listening to what we wanted, weighing the pros and cons of our ideas, and later providing great solutions to bring the project to fruition. He later went on to oversee our home with minimal fuss, everything was done to spec. After the works were done, rectifications and last minute alterations were completed under his supervision with no hassle at all. All in all a great experience. Will definitely come back again to him for the next place.

We were introduced to Eunice from Sky Creation by a friend, and engaging her as our interior designer was one of the best decisions we made as new homeowners. From the very beginning, Eunice guided us through the entire journey, from the design phase to the completion of our renovation, with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. During the design stage, she offered practical and thoughtful suggestions based on her experience, ensuring that our home would not only look beautiful but also be functional for our daily lives. Throughout the renovation, we had very little to worry about because Eunice handled everything so efficiently. She kept us updated every step of the way, and her consistent communication gave us great peace of mind. Whenever we needed help, whether it was coordinating appliance installations or addressing other post-renovation matters, she was always more than willing to assist. To us, that truly went above and beyond what we expected from an interior designer. We are incredibly grateful for Eunice's dedication, expertise, and commitment throughout the entire process. Thanks to her, we now have a beautiful and comfortable place that we are proud to call home. We would highly recommend Eunice to anyone looking for a reliable and caring interior designer!

He did a fantastic job maximizing the space in our kitchen and service balcony, delivering exactly what we asked for—lots of clever storage solutions and a beautiful, seamless design that keeps our appliances tucked away neatly. A huge thank you to Maverick Ho from Mavid Design for handling our renovation with such care and professionalism. He was incredibly responsive, patient, and guided us seamlessly through the entire process. Furthermore, the renovation was on schedule with no delays. This was an important factor for us as we had to move out for this project. We love his design eye—the colour coordination is spot-on, and his brilliant cabinetry solution for the master bedroom and toilet is easily our favorite feature. We had a wonderful experience working with Phyllis and Joshua from Massing for our first home, and we’re truly grateful we chose them. We were introduced to them through a mutual friend, and after meeting several IDs, they were the one that stood out the most. Phyllis was highly responsive and immediately understood our vision, while Joshua complemented her perfectly, giving us confidence that our renovation was in good hands. One of our favourite moments was receiving the first 3D render—we fell in love with it instantly. It captured exactly what we had envisioned, with only minimal changes needed, showing how well they understood our preferences from the start. Throughout the renovation, they worked seamlessly as a team. Communication was always prompt, and they were also mindful of our budget, offering practical alternatives and helping us achieve the look we wanted without unnecessary spending. Although they recommended their own vendors, they never pressured us to use them. We sourced some items ourselves, and they were still happy to coordinate deliveries/installations, advise on compatibility, and ensure everything came together smoothly. What impressed us most was how well they managed the entire renovation. They coordinated the contractors, kept the project on track, and proactively resolved issues without us having to chase for updates or micromanage. As first-time homeowners, that gave us tremendous peace of mind. Over the course of the renovation, we got to know them beyond being our IDs and became friends. Despite that, they remained professional, transparent and accountable throughout, always putting our home’s best interests first. Looking back, we couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide us through our first renovation. Thank you, Phyllis and Joshua, for helping us create a home we truly love. Max Yu was my interior designer from Design 4 Space, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service he provided throughout the entire process. His response time was consistently fast, and the quality of his work was excellent. He was professional, attentive, and made the renovation experience smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Max to anyone looking for a reliable interior designer who delivers quality work and provides great service, giving you complete peace of mind.
