We’ve had a great experience with ✨ Natalie ✨ . Her professionalism, ownership and calmness throughout the process was exceptional. She takes tremendous care in building our home, almost as though it were her own, and never takes shortcuts. She often catches details that we completely miss during our site visits - e.g. she noticed that our door 🚪 knobs were installed too high and took the initiative to send them back for correction. We didn’t even notice it! This type of ID where to find 🤣 When one of our chosen dark wood laminates went out of stock, instead of taking the easy route and simply suggesting an alternative, she guided us through the matching process again, considering our other laminate, wall and floor colours. 🌈 There’s also a lot of behind-the-scenes work — measurements, material selection, proposals and coordinating with different vendors — and she took the bulk of that off our shoulders. Her design taste is excellent as well, and we’ve never had an instance where we second-guessed her recommendations. 💪 We’re approaching the end of this “not so straightforward” reno and are happy with seeing our dream home come to life. ❤️ Seriously dont look any further if you want a great experience for your reno!

The options were explained clearly, which helped us make decisions that were both attractive and practical for long-term use. Once the renovation started, San kept us updated regularly and coordinated the work well. Communication was easy, and we never felt like we were left hanging. They also took the time to understand the look and feel we wanted for our home, and seeing everything come together at the end was extremely satisfying. The kitchen and room wardrobe renovation was well done! Rex did a good job in helping us 😊👍 Our kitchen now looks more modern and simple. There is.more space to keep kitchen equipment and ingredients. Same goes for the rooms. Previously our wardrobes were not able to store many things. Things were cramped into 1 compartment. But now we have more space to keep and we are very satisfied with the overall renovation. It is a huge improvement!

Darius was most helpful in suggesting suitable wardrobe and kitchen carpentry, lightings, tiles and colour combinations when I needed to reconfigure my home following a knee surgery, and also improve on my home office set up. His team is proficient, polite and so easy to work with! I highly recommend his services!

I just had to leave a review for Hannah, our interior designer, because she made our whole reno so easy. My wife and I are both swamped with work, so we were worried we’d have to micromanage everything, but Hannah took the whole plan off our hands. She nailed the space layout to fit our home and how we actually live, and her taste is just on point. Her communication is the biggest win—she gets what we want immediately, no back and forth. She thought of every detail, even the stuff we totally forgot about, and talked our needs straight to the renovation crew without any mix-ups. When our furniture ended up a little off from what we first pictured, she fixed it right away. We moved in smoothly, and that’s all her. If you need an ID, hit up Hannah, you won’t regret it.

Engaged Travis from Insight.Out Studio for our renovation, and we are happy with the final outcome albeit with some minor nitpicking. From the start, Travis stood out for his practical advice and design sense. Any minor site issues that popped up were resolved quickly without fuss. Expectedly, there are some defects in the work by the contractors but Travis has been on the ball working to resolve these issues. Highly recommend Travis if you're looking for an ID who is reliable, detail-oriented, and easy to collaborate with!

Addis was the ID for my mum's house, and despite issues cropping up, he was always able to resolve it. There were issues with worker communication, as well as initial quality, and when we voiced out, he was always very quick to ask the respective workers down to resolve it to our satisfaction. Addis was also down at the worksite frequently to check on the work. Overall, the final workmanship was excellent, and my mum was very happy with the final product. Thank you!

Renovating a home involves many decisions and moving parts, from discussing ideas to choose finishes and seeing everything come together on site. We appreciate the work carried out by the Renologist team throughout our renovation and the effort involved in coordinating the various aspects of the project. It was a significant process for us as homeowners, and finally see the completed space. Thank you to everyone involved in helping us through the renovation journey. There was some miscommunication, but it can be improved. Keep it up.

We recently completed a full home renovation for our BTO with Kenneth Kwan, and overall we are extremely satisfied with the entire experience from start to finish. From our very first consultation, it was clear that Kenneth genuinely wanted to understand what we needed, not just what looked good on paper. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions about our lifestyle, daily habits, and how we actually use our space, and used that to shape design ideas that felt tailor-made for us. Many of the suggestions were things we hadn't even thought of ourselves, but once proposed, he made perfect sense for how we live. Site visits, meetings, and updates all happened on schedule, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind, especially since renovation horror stories about delays and poor communication are so common. We always knew what stage we were at and what to expect next, which made the whole process far less stressful than we anticipated. The design itself struck a great balance between aesthetics and practicality. Our favourite part has to be the kitchen as we went with an open concept layout, and the island turned out even better than we imagined. It's become the natural gathering point in our home, whether we're cooking, having quick meals, or just chatting while someone's prepping food. The dry pantry alongside it was such a smart addition too, giving us tons of extra storage while keeping the main kitchen area clean and clutter-free. Beyond the kitchen, storage was maximised throughout the flat (which matters a lot in a BTO!), traffic flow felt natural, and small daily inconveniences we didn't even flag were quietly solved. It's the kind of design that looks great in photos but works even better in everyday life. What really impressed us, though, was how Kenneth handled things when problems came up. At one point our carpentry work didn't turn out as planned, but instead of brushing it off or making excuses, he took ownership of the issue immediately and got it rectified quickly. It's easy for an ID to look good when everything goes smoothly, but seeing how responsibly and promptly he dealt with a mistake gave us even more confidence in him. Not every hiccup can be avoided in a renovation, but having someone who takes responsibility and fixes things fast makes all the difference. Pricing was also fair and transparent. We never felt like we were being upsold unnecessarily, and the quotes given matched what we were eventually billed, with no unpleasant surprises along the way. Given the quality of work and service, we felt we got great value for what we paid.

Carina took time to listen to how we envisioned our place to be and guided us in the right direction towards a mix of themes to make it happen, she recommended different material selection to help our idea stand out. During the planning phase, she recommended unique layouts to utilise tight spaces making it more roomy. Carina was responsive to our inquiries during our meeting and made practical recommendations in the design for our future needs in mind.
