Highly Recommended – Great Experience with Randy from Supreme Houzz After visiting and speaking with a few interior designers, I decided to go with Randy from Supreme Houzz, and I’m really glad I made that choice. From the beginning, Randy was approachable, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to understand what I wanted. The 5-year workmanship warranty also gave me additional peace of mind when making my decision. My renovation covered mainly the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom, and the entire process went very smoothly. The renovation started on 10 June and was handed over by 1 August, which meant everything was completed in less than two months. I was very happy with how efficiently the project was managed. Of course, like any renovation project, there were some issues along the way. What impressed me was how quickly Randy responded whenever something came up. He was always responsive, addressed the issues promptly, and provided practical solutions rather than leaving me to figure things out myself. Randy also gave me practical advice throughout the renovation and was always willing to accommodate my requests where possible. I really appreciated his hands-on approach and commitment to making sure things were done properly. Overall, it was a very good experience working with Randy and the team at Supreme Houzz. I’m very happy with the final result and the way the entire renovation was handled. I am beyond furious, disgusted, and completely fed up with this company. This entire experience has been nothing short of a complete disaster. I have NEVER dealt with a service provider as irresponsible, dishonest, and utterly incompetent as this one. From start to finish, they have done nothing but lie, delay, disappear, and throw empty promises at me. 1. They NEVER keep their promises. Every promise is just another lie. They say they will settle the issue, they say they will come, they say they will follow up — but NONE of it ever happens. 2. Their appointments are FAKE. They keep giving me dates and times, and I shift my entire schedule just to accommodate them. I adjust my plans, keep myself free, and wait at home — and they STILL don’t show up. No early notice. No last-minute update. Nothing. What kind of rubbish service is this, where the CLIENT has to rearrange everything, but the company can’t even have the decency to turn up? 3. They always blame “another client.” Every time they fail to appear, it’s the same excuse: “Got issue with another customer.” This is beyond unprofessional. If you cannot manage your schedule, don’t give appointments you can’t keep. 4. Zero communication — they ignore messages and calls. I get no replies, no callbacks, no follow-ups. I have to keep chasing them like I’m begging for something. They simply don’t care. 5. They clearly don’t prioritise me at all. They make it obvious that other customers come first, and I’m treated like I’m not important. Even after paying them, I get pushed aside repeatedly. Total disrespect. And to top it all off, their worker DAMAGED my bed frame, and until now, they have refused to take responsibility or fix it. No apology, no solution — absolutely nothing. This company is unreliable, irresponsible, unprofessional, dishonest, and completely incompetent. They wasted my time, my money, and my peace of mind. My warning to everyone: Stay FAR away from this company. They don’t keep promises. They don’t show up. They don’t reply. They don’t care. They only know how to give excuses and lie. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

Nurul has been very responsive and quick right from the start. Reno work started mid June 2026 and it was completed by mid July 2026 - which we have not seen any ID able to complete this efficiently. Her communication skill is impeccable - theres no questions left unanswered and she replies within minutes. As a result, her planning, work and management was top notch and we will definitely recommend her to family and friends for any reno works!

After staying in our new home for a week, we can confidently say that choosing Maverick from Mavid Space was one of the best decisions we made for our renovation. This wasn't our first time working with Maverick. He was also the interior designer who designed and renovated our first home. Because of the wonderful experience we had previously, there was no doubt in our minds about engaging him again for our new home. From our very first discussion, Maverick was incredibly patient, professional, and responsible. He spent time understanding our lifestyle and requirements, and throughout the design process, he was always willing to listen to our ideas. We had quite a number of revisions due to our Feng Shui requirements, but he never once showed frustration. Instead, he responded quickly, adapted the designs efficiently, and always offered practical solutions while ensuring the overall design remained beautiful and functional. What truly sets Maverick apart is his meticulous attention to detail. He doesn't just focus on the big picture—he makes sure every little detail is properly thought through and well executed. Throughout the renovation, he kept us updated regularly, coordinated everything smoothly, and ensured the project stayed on schedule. We were especially impressed that he managed to complete everything within our expected timeline. Like every renovation, there were a few unexpected issues that surfaced just before the handover. Instead of avoiding them, Maverick took ownership immediately. He coordinated with the contractors, followed up closely, and resolved every issue professionally and efficiently. His sense of responsibility gave us great confidence and peace of mind during what could have been a stressful period. Now that we've been living in our new home for a week, we truly appreciate the amount of thought, care, and effort that Maverick put into every corner of our house. The space is not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our family's daily life. Renovating a home is a major investment, and having an interior designer you can genuinely trust makes all the difference. We are living in an old 3-room HDB unit. We recently completed a full kitchen and bathroom renovation with Leon and the team at FSI, and couldn't be happier with the results. From the very first consultation, Leon took the time to understand what we wanted and came back with design ideas that were both creative and practical — striking a great balance between aesthetics and functionality. Had a great experience working with Ivy from Yang’s for my home renovation. She is professional, reliable, and pays great attention to detail. I didn’t have to worry about constantly checking on the renovation progress as she managed everything smoothly and kept things on schedule. I’m really happy with the final outcome — Ivy truly brought my vision to life! The pricing was reasonable, and I appreciated that she was flexible in suggesting options to suit my budget, whether to upgrade or scale back where needed.
