My ID Vincent New was very patient and took time to understand my needs well. He works fast, is detail oriented and responsive. I especially appreciate him going out of his way to accomodate my more unusual requests that are not commonly found in most home renovations. As a new home owner I was hesitant about how things would turn out but everything went well and I'm very happy with the result. I'm very glad to have worked with Vincent and couldn't have asked for a better ID. Highly highly recommended!

A few months ago, I made an appointment with Carpenters and was matched with Jassie. After our first meeting, she prepared a 3D design and presented it during our second meeting. Throughout the entire renovation journey, Jassie stayed in close contact with me. Even though I changed the design several times, she was always patient, understanding, and willing to accommodate my requests. She replied to my messages very quickly, kept me updated on the renovation progress, and always followed through on what she promised. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and everything was well coordinated. The workmanship was excellent, and the entire renovation process was completed smoothly and professionally. I truly appreciated her dedication, responsibility, and attention to detail, which gave me great peace of mind throughout the renovation. We had a smooth renovation experience with our designer, Jacky. From the very beginning, he was patient in listening to our design ideas and requirements, taking the time to understand what we wanted while providing thoughtful explanations of the design concepts and practical considerations. Throughout the renovation, whenever unforeseen site constraints or installation issues arose, Jacky was proactive in proposing practical and aesthetically pleasing workarounds. His problem-solving ability helped keep the renovation on track and made the entire process much less stressful. What impressed us most was his dedication and willingness to go beyond his scope of work. On several occasions, he made the effort to be present during installations, such as our laundry system, to ensure everything went smoothly, even though it wasn’t part of his direct responsibility. This level of commitment and ownership is truly commendable. The workmanship throughout the renovation was of a good standard, particularly the carpentry and floor tiling, both of which were well executed and met our expectations. Overall, we are very satisfied with the renovation journey. Thanks to Jacky’s professionalism, patience, responsiveness, and attention to detail, the entire process was smooth and largely free of major frustrations. We would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated interior designer.

Our experience with our previous ID for our previous 2 places were really good and I wanted to go ahead with the same ID for our new place. However, from the 1st meeting with Eunice, I already decided that she's the one I wanted to engage although i still had a few more IDs to meet. She was very meticulous right from the start and we could tell that she was very sincere in her replies and promises to us. Also, right from the onset, the ideas that she presented during the 1st meet up was what blew us away. I believe many IDs will not share too much design input during the 1st meeting to avoid giving too much ideas for homeowners to take and run with contractors etc. However, Eunice did not hold back and she really impressed us with her attention to detail as well as her practicality. Whenever we proposed something that we really liked, she will also give us the pros and cons for us to weigh whether we want to proceed. Our home turned out not just how we envisioned it but it way exceeded our expectations while keeping cost within budget. She did not just deliver but she went above and beyond her job scope (replying us at ungodly hours when we were overseas and had a time difference, always replying us almost immediately, helping us point out and rectify defects that us homeowners wont even be able to tell). The thing that myself and my husband truly appreciated is that she will always inform us upfront about any additional cost and seek our concurrence before proceeding. She will also give us her honest opinion when she thinks that some things are wants and not needs, saving us some money as well. Her attention to detail and efficiency really impressed us. Thanks for meeting our timeline and for working within our budget. We really appreciate it and I hope we can work together again in future. 10/10 recommend. In fact, ive recommended 3 of my friends to her. Thank you!

I was recommended to Josh Lim . He and his team had done a very good job. The carpentry work was on spot. The electrical workers were good and understanding . On the whole the planning and supervision by Josh was very good. I would highly recommend Josh Lim and team to friends and relatives. Also planning further work at my condo. Keeping Josh in mind. My neighbors also like the work. They came to see.

We had a really great experience with Jet and Val from Jesigns Interior Design! Our renovation timeline was very tight, but they were incredibly accommodating and managed to complete everything within the promised timeframe. We really appreciated how well they coordinated the whole project while maintaining good workmanship throughout. Jet and Val are experienced, patient, and always gave us honest and practical advice whenever we were unsure. They also took the time to listen to all our ideas and patiently answered every question we had, making us feel involved and confident throughout the renovation journey. This is my second time engaging an interior designer for my home, and before this project I had heard (and even experienced) many of the common horror stories about IDs - minimal site visits after signing the contract, becoming difficult to contact, designs not turning out as discussed, or simply not taking responsibility when issues arise. Working with Unice from Ciseern was the complete opposite. From the beginning to the end of the renovation, she was incredibly responsible, professional, and responsive. Even when she was on holiday, she remained contactable whenever there were urgent matters that needed attention, which gave me great peace of mind throughout the entire renovation. Renovation projects inevitably come with unexpected challenges, whether due to condo management restrictions or differences between the actual site measurements and the original plans. Every time we encountered an obstacle, Unice was quick to come up with practical solutions and alternatives instead of treating them as problems without answers. Her experience and problem-solving skills really stood out. Another thing I really appreciated was that although I engaged my own electrician (as it was more cost-effective), Unice never treated it as "not her responsibility." She took the initiative to liaise directly with the electrician, coordinated the electrical works, and ensured everything was properly integrated with the renovation. That level of ownership and commitment is something you don't always find. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free because I knew I could rely on her. She consistently followed through on what was discussed and genuinely cared about delivering a good outcome rather than simply completing the project. I would highly recommend Unice to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsible and professional interior designer. I would definitely engage her again for any future renovation or interior design projects. Thank you Unice.

We engaged Weixuan to be our ID. From our first appointment till the end, WX has been very prompt, efficient (very!), transparent, able to understand the design concept we wanted and provided sound /logical advice to us when we were indecisive as this is our first time having to renovate a house. Our expectation on having our ID to have strong project management skills and being reliable, was definitely met. WX was always updating us, kept to our timeline (actually much earlier than set timeline!), answer our never ending small questions esp at late timing when we have doubts on our idea/choice and being patient with us. 🤣 No doubt we were able to communicate well with WX and had a peace of mind while letting him handle the whole renovation & coordination due to our busy schedule. Thank you, WX for creating/designing our beautiful house & being so efficient/reliable! Will definitely recommend & refer WX to friends/family. 😊

Had a really good experience Jerome and his team overall for our first home! The end-to-end execution, checking in on the status of our house at different phases and timely updates were appreciated. Jerome was also accommodative to our requests and communication was easy, always responsive whenever I had questions or small changes along the way. I also appreciated how responsible and hands-on they were throughout the whole process, making sure things were done properly and on time. The end result turned out great and we're really happy with our new home. Would definitely recommend Jerome if you’re looking for someone reliable and easy to work with 👍👍
