It was an amazing experience working with Stephen from Carpenters tradehub21. We have went to around 10 IDs and decided to work with him. He is easygoing and accommodating yet display professionalism and expertise in advising on the aesthetic and also functionalities. Providing options and alternatives during renovation hiccups. Really happy with how our house turned out! 😊 Our ID, Jo Sim was very responsive throughout the renovation and always willing to help whenever we had questions or concerns. We also appreciate her patience in accommodating our last-minute changes and additional requests. Whenever we encountered any issues, she would help us work through them and suggest alternative solutions. Renovation can be quite stressful, but having an ID who is flexible, approachable and willing to help really makes a difference. Thank you for all your effort in helping us turn our ideas into reality. We love how our home turned out and are happy to recommend her to anyone.

Renovating our very first home was such a meaningful milestone for us and we wanted to make sure we made the right decision when choosing our interior designer. Before committing, we met with five different ID firms because we knew this was a big investment and wanted to find someone we could trust with our first home. After exploring our options, we eventually decided to go with Le Interior Affairs and Polly was assigned to us and we are happy to have her as our ID for this journey. As first-time homeowners, there were many things we had to learn along the way and having someone to work with throughout the renovation made the experience feel much less daunting. What made this project especially meaningful was knowing that this was not just about designing a beautiful space but also creating a home where we would begin this new chapter of our lives together. Now that the renovation is completed, it feels surreal to finally see our BTO transformed into our very own home. Every corner represents the beginning of something special for us and we cannot wait to settle in and create many beautiful memories here. A big thank you to Polly and team for being part of such an important milestone in our lives and helping us along our first-home renovation journey. Choosing an ID is never an easy decision, especially when you have several firms to consider, so we are glad we took the time to explore our options before making our choice. We are excited to finally call this place home! ❤️🏡

We are really happy with how our new BTO turned out, and a big thank you to our ID for making it happen! The main reason we chose him was because he really took the time to understand our family's needs. Instead of just showing us the usual designs and layouts, he came up with something different and unique while still making sure the home was practical and suited our family. Throughout the renovation, he was very helpful and always quick to reply whenever we had questions or concerns. He was also patient with our requests and easy to communicate with. What we appreciated most was that he listened to what we wanted and managed to bring everything together nicely. We are very happy with the final result. The house looks beautiful, but more importantly, it feels like a home that was designed for our family. Thank you once again for all your hard work! Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good and reliable ID.

Working with Massing Design's Principal Designer Iman felt truly easy. To me, his style was efficient, quick & all done with a great aesthetic eye. I liked how he maintained a friendly professional disposition through the renovation process despite my worries & concerns. The end result of the home was nothing short of peaceful & calm. The needs i had mentioned were met; particularly a seamless functional flow around the house as well as curved edges. As a single home owner, the process with Iman felt safe and seamless. We recently completed our renovation with Yun Yang from ProjectGuru, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better ID to work with. Anyone who’s been through a reno knows how nerve-wracking it can be, but Yun Yang made the whole journey so much smoother. We never once had to chase him for updates—he was always proactive with photos, videos, and quick messages to let us know exactly what was happening on site. What really won our trust was how he handled hiccups. No renovation goes 100% without site surprises, but whenever something unexpected cropped up, Yun Yang didn't just dump the problem on us. He’d point it out right away, explain the situation clearly, and will share practical alternatives ready for us to consider. More than that, we really appreciated his candid working style. If an idea we liked wasn’t practical or wouldn't hold up long-term, he’d tell us straight and suggest a better way to do it, which saved us a lot of potential headaches down the road. If you’re planning your home renovation and want someone reliable, honest, and truly meticulous, we definitely recommend Yun Yang!

I’ve known Russell since our polytechnic days, although we had not kept in touch for quite some time. One day, I came across his Instagram posts showcasing the projects by One Interior SG, and I was truly impressed by the quality of their designs. That was what led me to engage Russell & Arielle for my home renovation, and looking back, it was one of the best decisions I made. We had a truly fulfilling experience working with them. We met a total of 6 IDs before deciding to go with Renologist and CY, and we’re really happy with our decision! One of the main reasons we chose CY was because we really liked the way he communicated with us. He was easy to talk to and was able to value-add beyond just the renovation works. As we were working with a pretty tight budget, he even recommended some Shopee and Taobao items that we could consider getting ourselves to save some cost, which we really appreciated. What we really liked was that even while helping us work within our budget, CY was still able to balance it with the aesthetics and practicality of our home. He would share his suggestions and ideas based on what would work best for us, rather than simply pushing for more expensive options. Throughout the renovation process, CY has also been very patient with all our questions and requests. He’s very prompt in replying, which made things a lot easier for us, especially when there were so many things to coordinate. We genuinely enjoyed working with him and felt that we could trust him to coordinate with the contractors and oversee the renovation. Overall, it has been a really pleasant experience working with CY, and we’re happy with how everything is coming together. Thank you CY and Renologist for helping us with our home! 😊

We got connected with Rayn and Sasa at an ID event and hit it off from the start! 1) Responsiveness and Communication - They are super responsive and patiently answer our many questions - renovation is a source of worry in so many unpredictable ways and they’re always ready to alleviate those concerns. 2) Value-Add of an ID (in our opinion) - Learns our vision but also shares suggestions based on practicality (with relation to our life stage) and budget which was top of mind for us. - ⁠Rayn, with her experience as an ID, gives tactful honest advise without sugarcoat — this helps bc if you want something trendy or something that might turn tacky in a few years - she'll say so. You have the final say but this gives us the opportunity to make informed decisions. - ⁠⁠Sasa adds her own expertise from the perspective of a mother (as we're a young family) which helped a lot as well — while also going out of her way to manage the onsite works. 3) Very patient and journeyed with us the entire way - Across the renovation period - from initial design discussion, our many reviews and edits, tile selection, colour selection, changing our mind backward and forward - they have been nothing but gracious and kind. 4) Quality Assurance - They have strong relationship with the contractors and never compromises on quality. - ⁠eg. we brought in a separate deep cleaner for our carpentry and he noted low levels of formaldehyde - it’s clear the materials are simply of an assured quality and workmanship is there. Working with Rayn and Sasa has truly been a blessing - for a couple like us in a period of multiple transitions, we were grateful to have partners we could rely on, in decisions we should trust to have our interest at heart, and out of it, gained a friendship.
