I am beyond furious, disgusted, and completely fed up with this company. This entire experience has been nothing short of a complete disaster. I have NEVER dealt with a service provider as irresponsible, dishonest, and utterly incompetent as this one. From start to finish, they have done nothing but lie, delay, disappear, and throw empty promises at me. 1. They NEVER keep their promises. Every promise is just another lie. They say they will settle the issue, they say they will come, they say they will follow up — but NONE of it ever happens. 2. Their appointments are FAKE. They keep giving me dates and times, and I shift my entire schedule just to accommodate them. I adjust my plans, keep myself free, and wait at home — and they STILL don’t show up. No early notice. No last-minute update. Nothing. What kind of rubbish service is this, where the CLIENT has to rearrange everything, but the company can’t even have the decency to turn up? 3. They always blame “another client.” Every time they fail to appear, it’s the same excuse: “Got issue with another customer.” This is beyond unprofessional. If you cannot manage your schedule, don’t give appointments you can’t keep. 4. Zero communication — they ignore messages and calls. I get no replies, no callbacks, no follow-ups. I have to keep chasing them like I’m begging for something. They simply don’t care. 5. They clearly don’t prioritise me at all. They make it obvious that other customers come first, and I’m treated like I’m not important. Even after paying them, I get pushed aside repeatedly. Total disrespect. And to top it all off, their worker DAMAGED my bed frame, and until now, they have refused to take responsibility or fix it. No apology, no solution — absolutely nothing. This company is unreliable, irresponsible, unprofessional, dishonest, and completely incompetent. They wasted my time, my money, and my peace of mind. My warning to everyone: Stay FAR away from this company. They don’t keep promises. They don’t show up. They don’t reply. They don’t care. They only know how to give excuses and lie. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

We finally completed our home renovation, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. My husband and I are both pretty OCD when it comes to details (and yes, we’re those clients 😅). We know exactly what we want, ask a million questions, and can be quite demanding because we want our home to be just right. Throughout the entire process, our ID, Yang Horng, was incredibly patient and understanding. What we appreciated most was that he didn’t just say “yes” to every idea we had. He would share practical recommendations, point out what would or wouldn’t work in our small space, and always suggest alternatives that were both realistic and aesthetically pleasing. The end result is a home that feels so warm, cosy and functional—every corner has been thoughtfully designed to maximise our limited space without compromising on the overall look. Beyond the design, the workmanship from the carpentry, plumbing and electrical teams was also excellent. They were professional, meticulous and responsive, and any minor issues were addressed promptly. The whole renovation journey was much smoother than we had expected because we knew we were in good hands. People often end their reviews by saying, “I highly recommend them.” In our case, it’s more than just words—I have already recommended Yang Horng to a friend, and I wouldn’t hesitate to continue recommending him to anyone looking for a dependable, trustworthy and talented ID. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about delivering a beautiful yet practical home, he’s definitely someone worth speaking to. Derrius is a very professional or responsible ID, who will listen to our requirements and propose ideas or solutions. Even when some of our preferences may deviate slightly from his original design, he will not impose on us, but have a series of alternatives. Communication is key and it is easy to talk to Derrius. Being approachable, we are able to share with him our ideas or concerns without filtering, he will also patiently explain to us why some of our ideas/preferences may not be feasible. We had previous experience with other IDs when they go “missing” or take a long time to respond. However, Derrius is always very prompt in his reply. We remember very clearly that during our appointment for materials/items selection, he proceeded even when he was unwell. We only got to know later in the meeting. He could have pushed back the session by one week but he shared that he did not want to cause any delay in our project. We are impressed by his level of professionalism, his commitment and passion for his work. We started off the project with client-ID relationship but we feel he has become a friend after these few arduous months. Our project is definitely not his only project, but he has given us equal attention even though we are not a big client. It is also with some luck that we approached Weiken.com as the previous ID ghosted us. She went missing during our preliminary discussion stage and approached us only 2 weeks later, claiming that she changed her phone. We were not very convinced as there is such a thing called Whatsapp web. If the ID can go missing even during preliminary discussion, this behaviour will be detrimental to any ongoing project. I must say Derrius is “always there”, providing assurance and support to us. Thank you Derrius once again for the time and effort put in. Give you a big thumbs up.

Ecasa Studio stood out amongst the peers in terms of the 3D drawing early part of the process. My ID, Giovanni LG has a knack in advising tasteful and functional designs in everyday living, always carrying a positive outlook, approachable to discuss as he does not impose his ideas on you. While reminders were needed the to expedite and make good the process, and wish he gave more advance notice at times, delighted with the outcome based on this price point!

I’m truly glad I chose Max as my interior designer for my renovation. From our very first discussion, he took the time to understand my lifestyle, preferences, and the overall look I wanted to achieve. His design ideas were practical, creative, and stylish, always balancing aesthetics with functionality. He also respected my budget and never pressured me into unnecessary upgrades, which I really appreciated. One of the things that impressed me the most was the quality of the carpentry work. I have four carpentry areas in my home, and every one of them was completed with excellent workmanship. The finishing is neat, the alignment is precise, and the attention to detail is exceptional. The carpentry not only looks beautiful but is also highly functional, and it truly reflects the quality and craftsmanship that Max and his team deliver. Throughout the renovation, Max was patient, responsive, and responsible. Whenever I had questions or concerns, he replied promptly and ensured everything was resolved efficiently. He kept me updated on the progress regularly, making the entire renovation process smooth and giving me peace of mind from start to finish. The final result exceeded my expectations. My home turned out exactly the way I had envisioned—bright, modern, cosy, and beautifully designed. Every corner reflects the thought, effort, and attention to detail that Max put into the project. Every time I walk into my home, I’m reminded that choosing Max was the right decision. Thank you, Max, for making this renovation journey such a positive and enjoyable experience. I truly appreciate your professionalism, creativity, and dedication. If you're looking for an interior designer with excellent design sense, outstanding carpentry workmanship, and someone who genuinely cares about delivering quality work, I would highly recommend Max without hesitation.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Josh who was the primary ID servicing me. As a representative of his company, he gave great advice for the house, keenly listening to what we wanted, weighing the pros and cons of our ideas, and later providing great solutions to bring the project to fruition. He later went on to oversee our home with minimal fuss, everything was done to spec. After the works were done, rectifications and last minute alterations were completed under his supervision with no hassle at all. All in all a great experience. Will definitely come back again to him for the next place.

He did a fantastic job maximizing the space in our kitchen and service balcony, delivering exactly what we asked for—lots of clever storage solutions and a beautiful, seamless design that keeps our appliances tucked away neatly. He was incredibly responsive, patient, and guided us seamlessly through the entire process. Furthermore, the renovation was on schedule with no delays. This was an important factor for us as we had to move out for this project. We love his design eye—the colour coordination is spot-on, and his brilliant cabinetry solution for the master bedroom and toilet is easily our favorite feature.
