Five long months - from waiting for the completion date, to key handover, and finally renovation - but it was all worth it. I’d like to give a huge shoutout to my amazing IDs, Alvan and Jason. Their patience throughout the entire journey - from brainstorming and quotations to multiple idea changes and even renovation hiccups - was truly beyond what I could have asked for. Some things could have gone south, but thanks to their dedication, everything turned out right. Alvan was the backbone of the project, always ensuring my concerns were heard and addressed. Jason, on the other hand, played a crucial role in executing the plan and making sure everything was delivered properly. More than a month after moving in, I still wake up every day feeling satisfied with the outcome. If I were to go through this process again, Alvan and Jason would definitely be at the top of my list.

A huge thank you to Stanley and Dylan from Empyrean Design Studio for turning a house into a reality "Home" of my very own style 🥳 Thank God everything ended smoothly within the targeted timeline of 3 months. There were definitely few challenges and unexpected issues, or hiccups along the way as human nothing is 100% perfect. However, they did their very best to solve it as smooth as possible. Best and truly appreciated was every single details were highlighted and updated constantly with no hidden cost. Everything were well discussed before making any decisions no matter how small were the issues. They shared their opinions and helped making good decisions together along the way making it a smooth experience indeed. Love max the kitchen, masterbed room and master bathroom. Everything came into reality from the 3D designs and planning. Overall, thank God it worked out great 👍🏻 Having understanding and professional good relationship to make a "Home" a reality is Important 💖 Thank you guys 💖

Hi everyone, I would like to share some feedback as we are now at the final stage of my renovation. I want to express my appreciation to Vincent for his support and professionalism throughout the entire renovation process. From planning to execution, he has been responsible, responsive, and patient in addressing our questions and design adjustments. He also coordinated well with the contractors and kept us updated proactively at each stage, ensuring the progress and workmanship were well managed. We are very satisfied with the overall outcome. I m Satisfied with overwhelming comments from my friends, wee & Leo stick to time and on date they finished whole house. I got quotation from 6 renovators comaparing others this is cheap and quality is good. Even they did touch up everytime when i ask them. Highly recommented by me everything you can customize. They are so flexible and they gave me so many FOC too. Good job wee & leo bro all the best. Will fwd ur number to my friends too

Got to know about them through a Facebook promotion. Not so flexible in meeting, must go to their office then can meet up. So we went their office, spent a long time on the explanation of the concept, theme and design ideas on the floor plan. Showed me all the samples on-site. Not many choices as their showroom quite small. And there was no follow up from Aderline Tang after that. Total radio silence. Friendly but not sincere. 2h wasted.

We were assigned to them twice during separate Qanvast events. First was a lady ID with long hair, no specs, mole on lip. No name card or ecard given. Appeared disinterested. No eye contact at all during discussion. No messages received despite promise to "We will contact you" after the meeting. No contact at all. Gave them another chance at the recent Qanvast meeting, we're still waiting for the 2nd ID to contact us...

I engaged Carpenters ID and was assigned to Stephen 🙏 Stephen was very kind and engaged with us throughout the whole process from onsite consult to 3D Design. Stephen also advised us in many areas that helped us come to a mutual agreement. He has been professional, constructive and remained positive to changes the whole time. Stephen also shared his recommendations for our home project and provide us samples for us to view from home.

I had a very pleasant experience engaging Stephen for my carpentry works. As this was my first time installing a kitchen island and also my first time working with an outsourced carpenter outside of my interior designer, I had many questions and concerns. Stephen was extremely patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the different design options, materials, and practical considerations, making sure I fully understood before proceeding. His explanations were easy to follow, which gave me a lot of confidence in the decisions made. I really appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to adjust and advise based on my needs. The overall experience was smooth and reassuring, especially for a first-timer like myself. Would definitely recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable carpenter.

We were introduced to Rebecca via Qanvast. Upon getting my enquiry, she called to understand my vision, needs and requirements. We met her and discussed the 5 year and 10 year plans that she prepared. We were appreciative of her creativity in drafting these plans. Unfortunately, we decided to go for another interior designer due to personal circumstance. Nevertheless, we would encourage others to consider Rebecca for their renovation.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Taccuino ID and highly recommend them! From the very start, they were incredibly meticulous, patient, and helpful. For two people who knew very little about renovations, they explained every step of the journey to us with such an open heart and transparency. They really put us at ease and gave us plenty of reassurance. They were so good, they made it to our top 2 and were truly neck-and-neck! A massive shout out to the extremely amazing IDs, Yufeng and Steven. They came up with four distinct and high-quality design options. They use only high-quality materials, which explains why their services might be a bit more on the pricier side, but based on their work, clients will absolutely understand (and not regret) the value. We also deeply appreciated the many items they included in our quotation out of pure goodwill. Approached Jeff after deciding to go with Taccuino. He introduced us to one of the designers, Belle, who worked closely with us throughout the project. The overall experience was good and smooth. From the beginning, we shared our ideas and requirements, and the team was attentive and responsive all the way until completion. The renovation works progressed well, and everything was carried out as planned. Overall, it was a pleasant experience working with Taccuino, and we are satisfied with the outcome.

We went to 6 other ID firms before chancing upon Insight.Out Studio and had a great initial consultation with Nigel! He understood us and our brief right from the start, and gave a clear breakdown of the full reno costing. During the whole design process, we had difficulty choosing the tiles/flooring/paint but he gave a lot of recommendations that suited the house theme. He was also very responsive during the renovation process, updating us with schedule changes and completed works. Even though there were some hiccups, he took the initiative to provide solutions and/or alternation rectification works. All in all, we would definitely recommend going with Insight.Out Studio and Nigel! :)
