I must preface this to say that we didn’t sign with El Arte but we really wanted to leave a review for the excellent ID we met and worked with - Rebecca. We met Rebecca over the course of about 5 wks, and had numerous meetings with her. From the get go, she was considerate of the fact that we were still overseas, and tried her best to fit our time. She also came fully prepared, with ideas, suggestions, and even drew up 2-3 options for us - something that very few other IDs did (in the end we met close to 15). Rebecca was heard our needs/lifestyle, and Came up with ideas/suggestions that showed she truly thought from our perspective. She also came up with very cool ideas that worked with our less than ideal home layout. Being architecture trained, Rebecca also gave good, realistic advice, and was never pushy which we really valued. Her advice on things like whether a certain number of drawers were feasible made complete sense when she explained them patiently to us - that was very helpful since we were planning for our new home for the first time and had some ideas that really probably wouldn’t have worked. She also went the extra mile to check with her contractors/suppliers when we saw things we’d have wanted but they didn’t supply (like a type of swivel shower partition). She also actively negotiated for a better price for us, within reasonable limits. Perhaps what we enjoyed most about working with Rebecca was her clear explanations and her good vibes - it was never just “yes can do” or “no cannot do” - but she took time to help us understand aspects of design and explore collaboratively what could and couldn’t be done. (Her scribbled drawings are also very easy to understand/act as a good visual aid when she’s explaining). While we went with another company due to their company’s in house carpentry etc(we were mostly doing carpentry for this Reno), we will not hesitate to work with Rebecca in the future should we need any work or Reno to be done!

Roy work according to my budget and plan with care to ensure I can achieve my "dream house" idea while not overspent. He is flexible and patient in arranging meet-up with me due to my hectic schedule. Trustable! And most importantly, he can understand what my needs and wants in building my dream house. He offered extra help to source for compatible deco and accessories. Hopefully once the renovation started he can also put in equal effort to the entire renovation project.

Had the opportunity to discuss our home renovation plans with Quad R's Nigel, and we were impressed by his expertise and professionalism. He was attentive when listening to our lifestyle needs, and proposed great ideas to us. Communications-wise, it was also a smooth experience with Nigel as he relays information clearly and promptly. Big thank you to Diana and Ivan for helping us renovate our dream home. We went with Yang Inspiration Design after meeting with multiple IDs as the quote was reasonable and design was good. Both of them gave us great ideas, were very accomodating and patient especially since we are OCD and ask A LOT of questions. Diana helped arrange even small changes that I asked for during the course of the renovation. Post renovation service was good as well with minor rectifications done within a few days.

We had wonderful experience working with Felix and Huey Ling on our home renovation. Felix’s design perfectly balances functionality and aesthetics, seamlessly blending practical ideas with a beautiful and cohesive look. He made excellent use of every inch of our small condo, solving many of the challenges that come with limited space — from cleverly fitting both a washer and dryer separately, to finding ideal spots for the oven, dishwasher, and robot vacuum, and creating ample storage that still feels open and uncluttered. Felix also offered valuable advice on furniture, lighting, and soft furnishings, helping us create a warm and comfortable space that truly feels like home. Both Felix and Huey Ling were extremely dedicated and responsible, always communicating patiently and offering thoughtful suggestions and creative alternatives whenever needed. The workmanship quality was solid, and they were quick to address any minor issues along the way. We’re truly grateful for their professionalism, creativity, and genuine care throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

I engaged Zac Ho from Flo Design for my reno, and wah, really must say he’s one solid ID sia. From the start, Zac very patient and steady — he listen properly to what I want, not anyhow push ideas or upsell things. I told him my budget quite tight, and he still manage to design something nice, practical, and within my means. Throughout the whole reno process, Zac always update me one — got photos, got progress, everything very transparent. When small issues happen (which sure got one la, every reno like that), he never tai-chi. He just settle fast and make sure everything okay. Really appreciate that kind of responsibility. The final outcome turn out super nice! The house now got that cosy, modern vibe I wanted, and the carpentry all done very clean. My family all say the place look bigger and brighter. What I like most is Zac’s attitude — honest, humble, and can click well. He never hard-sell, always give realistic suggestions. Even after handover, he still check back to make sure everything okay — that one really show he care about his clients, not just do finish then disappear. If you looking for a reliable ID who can balance design and budget, confirm can go with Zac Ho from Flo Design. He make the whole reno journey a lot less stress. Super recommend lah! We had a wonderful experience working with Wei Xuan as our interior designer for our first home. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand our needs and preferences, which made the entire design process smooth and enjoyable. As someone who was quite unfamiliar with interior design, we had many questions along the way - and Wei Xuan was incredibly patient, kind, and thoughtful in addressing every single one of them. Throughout the renovation, Wei Xuan was extremely responsive (even on weekends and after hours) which gave us a lot of reassurance. He was clear and timely in all his communication, whether it was advice, updates, or responses to our queries. Perhaps most impressive is his attention to detail even small details he look up and ask them to rectify and redo if its not perfect. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our renovation journey. We highly recommend Wei Xuan to anyone looking for a reliable, experienced, and thoughtful designer who truly cares about both the process, detail and the result! From the very beginning, both of them demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, patience, and dedication. They were always meticulous about every detail — in fact, they visited our home more often than we did, just to make sure everything was progressing smoothly and done to perfection. Their hands-on involvement and commitment gave us complete peace of mind throughout the renovation. My mother and I had been to a roadshow for our new bto house and we met Xandra there. We are grateful that she was a good listener and she shared ideas with us at every step of the way. She was very patient even though we made many changes along the way. I came to know about GoDesign by my friend who happened to know the company owner Mr Patrick Yap. After calling the firm, I was assigned to their interior designer (ID) Mr Adrian Lim. He is a very detailed ID and yet very patient and attentive to the needs of the home owner, and clearly marks out the scope of works based on the budget of the home owner and not burst the budget. Requests for changes and rectifications are handled patiently too. Service and workmanship quality is very good. My ID's most outstanding quality is his patience and also attention to detail. I am not able to identify an area that my designer could improve on because he is already very good. My designer was able to keep to my budget and timeline.

It was really nice working with Jacqueline who is responsive, responsible, and attentive to detail. She has been a great help from start to end of renovation, providing advice and recommendations based on her experience. Following our requests, she has been able to meet our timeline without compromising the work quality. We were able to breeze through the whole renovation process as she was very reliable. We really appreciate Jacqueline’s help and would highly recommend her to others!
