Katelyn has been very patient with our requests and consistently acts on them promptly whenever something is raised. She provides professional aesthetic advice without being pushy, which makes discussions feel very comfortable. We also feel comfortable speaking with her which is something that gives us a strong sense of security. Overall, we appreciate her responsiveness and the assurance she brings as the project progresses.

I engaged Benny and Alvan for my home reno, and they are IDs who know their craft. Throughout the entire process, they offered practical recommendations that I wouldn’t have known on my own. They were able to propose solutions that made sense. They were always willing to accommodate my requests and went the extra mile to make things happen just the way I envisioned. Overall, I’m satisfied with the results and grateful for their hard work.

We are happy with the outcome of our renovation project with Mac. His patient and accommodating demeanor was a major plus point throughout the project, transforming what we have thought to be a typically stressful experience into a smoother one by ensuring we felt comfortable with every decision. We appreciate his fast response time to our communications. Furthermore, Mac has helped with coordinating and dealing with the various contractors, managing schedules, overseeing work, and engaging us in resolving any issues that arose. We appreciate all his efforts in the process and delivering the completed project.

Engaging Earth interior design was a huge mistake , lacking of discipline and coordination throughout the whole process. This revamp of my two bathroom project was taken noting that we are staying in the house and the mass amount of debris , equipments, water pails , big pile up of cement and tiles were scattered everywhere like a manufacturing factory .The designers are dressed very sloppily with T slippers and were seldom on site with supervision responsibilities. Anyways, it would not make any differences with a punch card attitude which I realised later on .. the plumbers refused to lay protection gear so we ended up with a faulty door with scratches and unable to close . There are hints of low quality job like constant dragging of job completion time frame , undelivered 3D design , scarce communication job requirements with their plumbing and tiling foreign workers which we thought it is just hiccups along the way . The decision to end the project despite incomplete renovations was when we entrusted them with our house , the door was left open and the tiler decided to raise a big , ugly , outdated shower kerb to his liking . The whole thing was a add on disaster when the “hulk @ Lloyd came into this project with directive commands to his team to stop all works threatening to leave all the debris , equipment and others in my house defending the grave mistakes. The poor workmanship of cracking and uneven tiles on the bathroom , poor plumbing works was a far sight of what we saw at the showroom .. up to now , my two bathrooms are incomplete and the same way as it is but we are glad to end this devastating experience.

Out of so many designers I met during ID selection phase, Gilbert stood out because he actually listened and remembered all my requirements. He proposed a design that incorporated everything I wanted, plus even more, along with a very competitive quote. It also doesn't hurt that he is very easy to get along, and I find that we vibed very well. I can tell that he is someone who can be trusted. I am glad I chose Gilbert. He renovated my very old resale unit and brought my visions of my home to life. His sense of design is excellent - his colour matching and coordination in choosing the materials (windows, laminates, sintered stone tops) really made my home pop. At the same time, he gave me many surprises along the way, little things that are not in the quotation but he added for me. It's a treat seeing all the surprises every time I come over to visit my house during the renovation phase. He constantly kept me updated on the progress, and every time I highlight issues that I have spotted, he will promptly address my concerns and made sure the issues get resolved fast. Being an old flat, it comes with a lot of problems, but Gilbert is able to navigate the issues smoothly and provide good solutions. His project management with his various contractors is smooth and flawless - able to communicate what I want to his contractors. I admire Gilbert for his meticulousness and attention to detail. At the end of the renovation, he is able to spot the tiniest of flaws and pointed them out to me, and then ensuring the various contractors fix all the flaws in a very timely manner. I can feel his pride and professionalism at work as he ensures that he delivers a perfect project to me. I feel safe and happy moving into my new home, and it's all thanks to Gilbert! I definitely will not hesitate to recommend his services to my friends and families considering renovating their homes.

As this was my first time renovating, I was not familiar with what to expect during renovations. I am glad to have engaged Jewel to help me with my renovation journey. She was patient with guiding me, responsive to my queries and kept me updated on the renovation progress throughout. She understood the aesthetics I envisioned and overall I am happy with the results. Thank you to Jewel and the team at DInterieur Design. :)

Found them.on Qanvast. Seriously it's rather hard to find one with no or little bad reviews, even the casetrust ones are not spared. While they didnt seemed to extensive reviews but I couldn't really find adverse feedback on them and hence decided to give them a try. WhatsApp them and Yong Hao responded and we arranged a meet up at their office. A young chap Yong Hao greeted us and we went through our requirements. we arranged for a 2nd meet up to go through the quotations and the materials. Rest of conversation managed to take place via WhatsApp and he also arranged to view on-site. I would say things went on smoothly - he was accommodating, able to understand our needs, patient and not pushy. overall, the project went on and completed as scheduled. He kept us informed at various timelines and coordinate well with the various parties on carpentry, aircon and toilet bowls replacement, floor tiles, etc. Worksmanship is satisfactory so far! Very glad that all went smoothly.

We met with James and Luke and they were very friendly and easy to talk to. Shortly after we decided to go with them as we felt the most comfortable with after meeting up with 4 other ID firms. James head-speared our renovation project. The project started on time and some tasks were even completed ahead of schedule. James is receptive to ideas and will also make some adjustments we did not know we needed (made extra storage space for us) Appreciate that. During renovation the house was also kept neat and tidy. Any issues were quickly fixed as no projects are 100% perfect. We are happy with that. We completed our renovation in time for our moving in! Thank you for making our first renovation experience great. We would highly recommend them (:

We didn’t know what we wanted for our home design when we were still exploring our options. Thankfully after consistent discussion with Aaron, our vision towards our home was getting clearer and clearer! The patience and dedication to his work is outstanding. Great work for him and his sister, Veron too for their dedication to create this wonderful and beautiful home of ours! Oh also, they managed to complete the renovation and handover swiftly. We didn’t expect the to receive our home so soon. We were caught by surprised in a good way.

We’re so thankful to have Jerry as our interior designer! He’s incredibly patient and always takes the time to explain things clearly while sharing his ideas and expertise to help us make the best decisions for our home. Jerry is also super responsible—he handled all the coordination, kept us updated every step of the way, and made the whole process so smooth and worry-free. Despite our busy schedules, he was always accommodating and willing to work around our availability. We truly feel blessed to have him—Jerry turned our dream home into a reality!

U Homes is definitely a good choice if you are looking for quality workmanship. They really did an awesome job meeting our expectations for our Luxury Contemporary theme. Johannes is always very responsive in his replies to our queries and he is able to solve our issues promptly. He is able to deliver the completion of our renovation within our expected timeline. He is also very prompt on the rectifications work after our renovation. We really enjoyed working with him.

We would like to express our appreciation to the whole team and especially to my ID Jay for making the whole renovation so smooth. Despite the delay we experienced from HDB, Jay had managed to deliver as promised upon signing with them. All thanks to my ID and the dedicated workers that have meticulously worked around the hours. As our items ordered online didnt reach on time, Jay managed to secure the items and with the liasing with her worker, they manage to get it install in time before handing over. Kudos to the whole team and we'll definitely recommend to our friends and family.
