Would have been great if Cindy and Jolene were the assigned IDs at the start of renovation. Unfortunately, had a less than pleasant experience with a now ex-staff, before Cindy and Jolene saved the day. Kudos to them for being able to pull it off despite taking over the project at late stage. The colours suggestions and ability to communicate properly helped to move the project along even though they took over at late stage of the renovation.

Recently completed my first home renovation project with Le Interior Affairs. Among all the proposals and advice I received, I chose to put my faith in Jeffery Ng from Le Interior Affairs to complete my virgin project. He explained the finer points of his design to make sure I was comfortable before moving forward, his ideas and final proposal stood out from the others. He is one those vintage old school ID that are hard to come by in today's market. Do not mistake old school for unfancy, dull designs. What I meant to say is that he has a strong foundation in the renovation sector and is highly skilled in multiple trending designs. How many IDs are able to quickly come up with a hand-drawn sketch of a design in a moment notice? There are moments where I felt fretted over minor things. However, Jeffery remained patient and professional with me throughout, he was always able to find a solution! Simply let him work his magic and don't worry. ;) Looking back at the whole renovation process, I'm grateful I engaged his services. Definitely will recommend him to anyone who is considering to carry out their renovations. I would like to thank Le Interior Affairs and their Interior Designer, Jeffery, for providing an overall excellent and well rounded service.

Shanea picked up the lead on our initial renovation inquiry, and very quickly understood what we wanted for our home aesthetic (Modern Contemporary/Japandi). Her initiative and efforts to convey her design proposal won us over and we decided to go with her. Shanea managed expectations well and didn't over promise when it came to timelines. We had come to her in October trying to get our resale flat done up before CNY the next year, and even though the time frame was tricky to manage with the holidays in-between, we eventually managed to move in on time. Throughout the whole renovation process, she checked-in frequently on the site and gave timely updates on the project without any prompting. Her willingness and flexibility to hear our different approaches on certain design choices was also appreciated. As we've now moved into our place for about a week now, pending a final round of minor touch-ups after CNY, we can safely say that the renovation project has been a resounding success! Shanea understood the assignment and nailed it. 💯 10/10 would recommend anyone looking to renovate to seriously consider Shanea at Black & Butter.

Katelyn helped to juggle various requests, timeline shifts, changes in plan while overall delivering the initial concept idea to our satisfaction and then some. Even when the solution may have been outside of her normal scope of tools she would find alternatives till it met our requirements. From a service perspective it has been outstanding, it really was the little things that added up. Safe to say we are more than happy with the final product

We engaged 7 Sense Studio for a full home renovation in Singapore and are very pleased with the overall experience. The renovation took about 8 weeks (mid-May to late July) and covered extensive works including hacking, plumbing, electrical, tiling, carpentry, painting, and finishing. Despite the complexity and multiple trades involved, the project was completed within the agreed timeline. Any minor issues were addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Our Senior Designer, Liang Wei, was exceptional. He was responsive, patient, flexible with our design changes, and consistently offered practical solutions that suited our needs and budget. Communication was always clear and reassuring throughout the process. Site supervision and coordination among various vendors were well managed, giving us confidence in the workmanship and execution. Budget-wise, costs remained largely within expectations, with transparent explanations for any variations. Overall, 7th Sense Studio, and especially Liang Wei, provided a professional and stress-free renovation experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable interior design firm in Singapore.

We were introduced to Inizio through a friend, and we’re truly grateful for the positive experience we had. From the start, JD took the time to understand our lifestyle, preferences, and overall vision. We especially appreciated his thoughtful design approach and the balance between creativity and practicality—many of his ideas were things we would not have considered on our own. Throughout the project, JD communicated clearly, kept us well informed, and managed the process well despite a tight timeline. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication made the journey smooth and reassuring. We particularly liked the clever design elements, such as the combined shoe storage and dry pantry at the foyer, which was both unique and highly functional. The incorporation of curved features also added a refined touch while enhancing usability. That said, there were some challenges during the execution phase, particularly with certain sub-contractors. The initial carpentry work did not meet expectations, with issues like visible joint gaps that were unfortunately overlooked. However, JD took ownership of the situation, and Hazel was extremely supportive in coordinating rectifications, following up diligently, and ensuring all issues were resolved prior to handover. Overall, despite some hiccups along the way, the final outcome reflects the strength of JD’s design and commitment to delivering a quality home. We would gladly recommend JD and Hazel to anyone looking for a dependable and talented design team who are genuinely invested in bringing your vision to life.

Adrian and the team were great to work with. He was responsive and very patient in accommodating our requests throughout the renovation process, always taking the time to explain options and provide helpful suggestions. The carpentry work was well done, with good quality finishing and attention to detail. We are pleased with how everything turned out, both functional & aesthetically pleasing. Communication was smooth overall and any issues that came up were addressed promptly. The team was also professional and ensured the space was kept tidy during the renovation. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and the entire experience. Would definitely recommend them to others looking for a reliable and committed renovation team.

Very professional workmanship- the table that they designed fit my room nicely and was of a very nice material. Good timelines- they managed to work with our schedule to install the carpentry in a timely manner. High quality of service and very helpful staff. When some issues arose, Tamie managed to solve it very quickly and professionally from her end, resulting in a rapid installation.

I have worked with supreme houzz design for my kitchen makeover. Thanks to Hazel & Vincent they've made this space work so beautifully. This layout feels both open and efficient. Despite certain hiccups midway, communication didn’t break down. They have maintained their professionalism, and it has been a smooth and well managed process without me having to worry.
