Our experience with our previous ID for our previous 2 places were really good and I wanted to go ahead with the same ID for our new place. However, from the 1st meeting with Eunice, I already decided that she's the one I wanted to engage although i still had a few more IDs to meet. She was very meticulous right from the start and we could tell that she was very sincere in her replies and promises to us. Also, right from the onset, the ideas that she presented during the 1st meet up was what blew us away. I believe many IDs will not share too much design input during the 1st meeting to avoid giving too much ideas for homeowners to take and run with contractors etc. However, Eunice did not hold back and she really impressed us with her attention to detail as well as her practicality. Whenever we proposed something that we really liked, she will also give us the pros and cons for us to weigh whether we want to proceed. Our home turned out not just how we envisioned it but it way exceeded our expectations while keeping cost within budget. She did not just deliver but she went above and beyond her job scope (replying us at ungodly hours when we were overseas and had a time difference, always replying us almost immediately, helping us point out and rectify defects that us homeowners wont even be able to tell). The thing that myself and my husband truly appreciated is that she will always inform us upfront about any additional cost and seek our concurrence before proceeding. She will also give us her honest opinion when she thinks that some things are wants and not needs, saving us some money as well. Her attention to detail and efficiency really impressed us. Thanks for meeting our timeline and for working within our budget. We really appreciate it and I hope we can work together again in future. 10/10 recommend. In fact, ive recommended 3 of my friends to her. Thank you!

I was recommended to Josh Lim . He and his team had done a very good job. The carpentry work was on spot. The electrical workers were good and understanding . On the whole the planning and supervision by Josh was very good. I would highly recommend Josh Lim and team to friends and relatives. Also planning further work at my condo. Keeping Josh in mind. My neighbors also like the work. They came to see.

We had a really great experience with Jet and Val from Jesigns Interior Design! Our renovation timeline was very tight, but they were incredibly accommodating and managed to complete everything within the promised timeframe. We really appreciated how well they coordinated the whole project while maintaining good workmanship throughout. Jet and Val are experienced, patient, and always gave us honest and practical advice whenever we were unsure. They also took the time to listen to all our ideas and patiently answered every question we had, making us feel involved and confident throughout the renovation journey. The whole renovation process was much smoother than we expected, and we’re so happy with how our home turned out. Seeing everything come together was definitely worth it! This is my second time engaging an interior designer for my home, and before this project I had heard (and even experienced) many of the common horror stories about IDs - minimal site visits after signing the contract, becoming difficult to contact, designs not turning out as discussed, or simply not taking responsibility when issues arise. Working with Unice from Ciseern was the complete opposite. From the beginning to the end of the renovation, she was incredibly responsible, professional, and responsive. Even when she was on holiday, she remained contactable whenever there were urgent matters that needed attention, which gave me great peace of mind throughout the entire renovation. Renovation projects inevitably come with unexpected challenges, whether due to condo management restrictions or differences between the actual site measurements and the original plans. Every time we encountered an obstacle, Unice was quick to come up with practical solutions and alternatives instead of treating them as problems without answers. Her experience and problem-solving skills really stood out. Another thing I really appreciated was that although I engaged my own electrician (as it was more cost-effective), Unice never treated it as "not her responsibility." She took the initiative to liaise directly with the electrician, coordinated the electrical works, and ensured everything was properly integrated with the renovation. That level of ownership and commitment is something you don't always find. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free because I knew I could rely on her. She consistently followed through on what was discussed and genuinely cared about delivering a good outcome rather than simply completing the project. I would highly recommend Unice to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsible and professional interior designer. I would definitely engage her again for any future renovation or interior design projects. Thank you Unice.

We engaged Weixuan to be our ID. From our first appointment till the end, WX has been very prompt, efficient (very!), transparent, able to understand the design concept we wanted and provided sound /logical advice to us when we were indecisive as this is our first time having to renovate a house. Our expectation on having our ID to have strong project management skills and being reliable, was definitely met. WX was always updating us, kept to our timeline (actually much earlier than set timeline!), answer our never ending small questions esp at late timing when we have doubts on our idea/choice and being patient with us. 🤣 No doubt we were able to communicate well with WX and had a peace of mind while letting him handle the whole renovation & coordination due to our busy schedule. Thank you, WX for creating/designing our beautiful house & being so efficient/reliable! Will definitely recommend & refer WX to friends/family. 😊

Peiyin is meticulous and goes the extra mile to ensure the renovation runs smoothly. From the planning stage all the way through to the design phase, every step was handled with real professionalism, clearly showcasing her skills and attention to detail. Had a really good experience Jerome and his team overall for our first home! The end-to-end execution, checking in on the status of our house at different phases and timely updates were appreciated. Jerome was also accommodative to our requests and communication was easy, always responsive whenever I had questions or small changes along the way. I also appreciated how responsible and hands-on they were throughout the whole process, making sure things were done properly and on time. The end result turned out great and we're really happy with our new home. Would definitely recommend Jerome if you’re looking for someone reliable and easy to work with 👍👍

As a first-time homeowner, I had many questions throughout the renovation process, and Irvin was consistently patient in explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. Working with her was easy and pleasant, as she has an amiable and humorous character. Her calm and composed attitude helped ensure that the already stressful renovation process never felt overwhelming, even though it was difficult for me to make certain decisions such as the selection of tiles. She first struck me as a very meticulous ID when I noticed how well she organised all her project files and photos on her company’s shared server. This gave me great confidence and peace of mind, knowing that she was on top of every detail across all her projects, including mine. Her attention to detail was also reflected in her approach to planning. She took the time to carefully plan and align on every aspect of the renovation before proceeding with the actual works, rather than rushing into execution. This greatly reduced last-minute or hasty decision-making. She was also very responsive to messages, making communication smooth and reassuring throughout the process. What I appreciated most was that she genuinely values the homeowner’s perspective. Whenever there were differing views, she would thoughtfully consider how best to resolve them or find a middle ground, instead of taking the easy route of either agreeing to impractical ideas or dismissing good ones outright. Overall, her dedication and time put into the project in our various meetups/shopping trips way exceeded my expectation and went a long way in the successful delivery of a home that is not only focused on aesthetics but more importantly, highly practical and safe. Irvin was transparent about costs and demonstrated strong project management skills. As a perfectionist, she proactively had contractors rectify issues, such as instructing her tilers to redo slightly misaligned tiles before I had a chance to see them, even when it would have been easier to leave them as they were. She once shared her mantra: “If the work doesn’t pass my inspection, how can it pass the homeowner’s?” This principle stayed with me throughout the journey and fostered trust and there was no real need for me to go down on site to monitor the works much. Her after-sales service following handover has been equally impressive, with prompt coordination of contractors whenever minor touch ups were required. Overall, the renovation was delivered on time and within budget. While her quotation was generally higher than those from other interior designers I approached, the quality of work and the overall positive experience more than made up for it. She would also gently rein me in on budget considerations whenever my ideas became too ambitious, which further demonstrated that her priority was always the client’s interests rather than maximising profit. 6 months on staying in my new house, I’m pleased to say that very little rectification has been needed, and I cant think of any major “renovation regrets", a testament to her planning and detail. I’m very glad to have worked with Irvin and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and detail-driven interior designer.

Working with our interior designer was overall a positive and reassuring experience, with several strong points that stood out. One of their biggest strengths was their sense of responsibility and responsiveness. Throughout the project, they were consistently quick to reply, open to feedback, and proactive in addressing any questions or concerns. This made the entire renovation journey feel smoother and gave us confidence that things were being handled with care. As with most renovations, there were a few hiccups along the way. However, the designer was willing to step in and resolve issues when they arose, which we appreciated. While there were moments that suggested a slight lack of experience—particularly when dealing with finer details—these were generally manageable and improved as the project progressed. In terms of workmanship and execution, we felt that a bit more attention to detail would have elevated the final outcome further. That said, the overall result was still satisfactory, and we could see the effort put into delivering a good finish. Overall, we had a good experience working together. Their strong communication, accountability, and willingness to improve made a meaningful difference, and with more experience and refinement in details, they have great potential to deliver even better results in the future.

Warning! To All Homeowners intending to get your renovation done by this company. Just a heads up from my experiences previously that I went down to the showroom met 2 ID (Janice & Ivan) from what I knew they are husband and wife. Everything seems normal like what ID do share with them the floorplan, tell them what I wanted and they draw and est the drawing gave me a rough quote then I suppose I would be like ok thats it, I will consider them after having to see a few more IDs quote and they told me never mind, you can reserve this special price as by then when I decide the price of the materials would have increase so by placing a deposit which they say never mind if you happen to get from another ID, they will refund me this $500 and ask me to sign a deposit contract when I read there is a line that mention deposit is non-refund which in my case are and Of course, I asked them and they assure me that they will refund me if I decide to sign with other companies and said this is just a procedure and ask me dont worry at the same time at that moment I felt they were pressuring to give the deposit as I mention a few times that I will think about it as I have several ID to view before making the decision. Which of course in the end my biggest worry happen. They were one of the two company that I was planning to shortlist for my renovation so I tested saying if I were to sign with another company are you able to refund it to me and they told me that only if loan did not go through then refund can be proceed which I was so frustrated that they change what they say now so meaning they are not trustworthy and if my renovation were to be done by them with a lower cost but during the renovation they might be able to give excuses to add more cost to it due to this or that. Or even maybe not able to deliver what they promise to do so then how. So when this came to my mind I have decided it was a No go for them to do this project for me. I guess it might not just me that got this Kinda Scam from them or maybe this company which I dont know. But I am just sharing based on my own experience and Hope New Home Owners to be careful and wary if they were going for appointment to this company. Just Sharing, in my case based on the law I might be at the disadvantage side due to the deposit contract that I have sign so again. Just a advise if you dont feel comfortable Just Reject them and leave. Dont make any payment and dont sign anything.
