We engaged 7 Sense Studio for a full home renovation in Singapore and are very pleased with the overall experience. The renovation took about 8 weeks (mid-May to late July) and covered extensive works including hacking, plumbing, electrical, tiling, carpentry, painting, and finishing. Despite the complexity and multiple trades involved, the project was completed within the agreed timeline. Any minor issues were addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Our Senior Designer, Liang Wei, was exceptional. He was responsive, patient, flexible with our design changes, and consistently offered practical solutions that suited our needs and budget. Communication was always clear and reassuring throughout the process. Site supervision and coordination among various vendors were well managed, giving us confidence in the workmanship and execution. Budget-wise, costs remained largely within expectations, with transparent explanations for any variations. Overall, 7th Sense Studio, and especially Liang Wei, provided a professional and stress-free renovation experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable interior design firm in Singapore.

Five long months - from waiting for the completion date, to key handover, and finally renovation - but it was all worth it. I’d like to give a huge shoutout to my amazing IDs, Alvan and Jason. Their patience throughout the entire journey - from brainstorming and quotations to multiple idea changes and even renovation hiccups - was truly beyond what I could have asked for. Some things could have gone south, but thanks to their dedication, everything turned out right. Alvan was the backbone of the project, always ensuring my concerns were heard and addressed. Jason, on the other hand, played a crucial role in executing the plan and making sure everything was delivered properly. More than a month after moving in, I still wake up every day feeling satisfied with the outcome. If I were to go through this process again, Alvan and Jason would definitely be at the top of my list.

It was really a pleasent working experience with my ID Vincent. From the strat, he is very good in design and also super fast in reply in my msg whenever i need from him. The workers are very fast and rhe workmanship is good. Once again, thank you so much and i am looking forward to my 2nd phase toilet full hack renovation. Working with Mike was a great experience from beginning to end. He was reliable, organised, and attentive throughout the renovation journey. The design achieved a good balance between functionality and aesthetics, and any concerns we had were addressed quickly. Mike coordinated the renovation schedule efficiently and ensured everything stayed on track. We’re very happy with the final outcome and would highly recommend Mike and Visionary Interior for BTO renovations.

We engaged Space Atelier for our renovation, handled by our ID, Yang Hann, and we are very satisfied with the overall experience. The design and workmanship quality were good, and the final outcome met our expectations. Any small details we highlighted were promptly rectified by Yang Hann, which we really appreciated. The contractors working on the house were also very understanding and helpful throughout the process. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant renovation journey.

My wife and I first met Zen at the Qanvast Hangout event and immediately gravitated towards him amongst the ones we met at the event. We’re really glad we went with him. From the start, he was highly responsive and responsible, always on the ball with our questions and requests. Beyond his strong creative eye, Zen took the time to fully understand our vision and never left anything to assumption. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for an interior designer - we’re certain you’ll have no regrets.

A huge thank you to Stanley and Dylan from Empyrean Design Studio for turning a house into a reality "Home" of my very own style 🥳 Thank God everything ended smoothly within the targeted timeline of 3 months. There were definitely few challenges and unexpected issues, or hiccups along the way as human nothing is 100% perfect. However, they did their very best to solve it as smooth as possible. Best and truly appreciated was every single details were highlighted and updated constantly with no hidden cost. Everything were well discussed before making any decisions no matter how small were the issues. They shared their opinions and helped making good decisions together along the way making it a smooth experience indeed. Love max the kitchen, masterbed room and master bathroom. Everything came into reality from the 3D designs and planning. Planning & Early Engagement. Our journey started early—we began speaking to Raymond and Kah Fei about 10 months before the actual commencement date. Throughout that nearly year-long lead-up, they were incredibly patient, making several trips to our place for discussions. What really stood out was that there was absolutely no sales pitch and they did not force us to sign a contract early on. They were sincere from the start, and their commitment even before the "official" work began gave us a lot of confidence. Design & Cost Transparency. What we appreciated most during the planning phase was their focus on practicality and cost-effective design. They didn’t just push for aesthetic trends; they provided valuable inputs on what would actually work for our lifestyle. Their costing is also highly transparent, providing a detailed breakdown of items. Patience During Design Iterations. Like many homeowners, we had multiple changes during the design phase. Raymond and Kah Fei were remarkably patient, always accommodating our requests and refining the plan until we were satisfied. Project Management & Ownership. During the renovation phase, Kah Fei truly took ownership of the schedule. He went above and beyond by helping us arrange and manage external suppliers that we had engaged separately—a huge weight off our shoulders. Responsiveness & Tight Deadlines. Kah Fei has been extremely responsive to our queries and proactive in resolving any feedback we had regarding the deliverables. Knowing our move-in date, he has been pushing hard to keep everything on track. Final Verdict. Even as we enter the final stages, the level of professionalism and customer focus shown by Raymond and Kah Fei has been outstanding.
