I must preface this to say that we didn’t sign with El Arte but we really wanted to leave a review for the excellent ID we met and worked with - Rebecca. We met Rebecca over the course of about 5 wks, and had numerous meetings with her. From the get go, she was considerate of the fact that we were still overseas, and tried her best to fit our time. She also came fully prepared, with ideas, suggestions, and even drew up 2-3 options for us - something that very few other IDs did (in the end we met close to 15). Rebecca was heard our needs/lifestyle, and Came up with ideas/suggestions that showed she truly thought from our perspective. She also came up with very cool ideas that worked with our less than ideal home layout. Being architecture trained, Rebecca also gave good, realistic advice, and was never pushy which we really valued. Her advice on things like whether a certain number of drawers were feasible made complete sense when she explained them patiently to us - that was very helpful since we were planning for our new home for the first time and had some ideas that really probably wouldn’t have worked. She also went the extra mile to check with her contractors/suppliers when we saw things we’d have wanted but they didn’t supply (like a type of swivel shower partition). She also actively negotiated for a better price for us, within reasonable limits. Perhaps what we enjoyed most about working with Rebecca was her clear explanations and her good vibes - it was never just “yes can do” or “no cannot do” - but she took time to help us understand aspects of design and explore collaboratively what could and couldn’t be done. (Her scribbled drawings are also very easy to understand/act as a good visual aid when she’s explaining). While we went with another company due to their company’s in house carpentry etc(we were mostly doing carpentry for this Reno), we will not hesitate to work with Rebecca in the future should we need any work or Reno to be done!

Roy work according to my budget and plan with care to ensure I can achieve my "dream house" idea while not overspent. He is flexible and patient in arranging meet-up with me due to my hectic schedule. Trustable! And most importantly, he can understand what my needs and wants in building my dream house. He offered extra help to source for compatible deco and accessories. Hopefully once the renovation started he can also put in equal effort to the entire renovation project.

Had the opportunity to discuss our home renovation plans with Quad R's Nigel, and we were impressed by his expertise and professionalism. He was attentive when listening to our lifestyle needs, and proposed great ideas to us. Communications-wise, it was also a smooth experience with Nigel as he relays information clearly and promptly. We had a splendid experience working with Kim from Key Concepts for our renovation. Even before we signed the agreement, Kim stood out with her thoughtfulness, experience and professionalism. She took the time to understand what we wanted, shared ideas based on her past work and helped us visualize our home better. Throughout the entire process, Kim was proactive, transparent and reliable. Communication was smooth as she kept us updated, advised us when we were unsure, and offered honest feedback whenever something could be improved. We appreciated how she kept everything within budget and never encouraged unnecessary spending, without compromising on the overall look and functionality. Despite additional requests or changes along the way, Kim was always accommodating and solution-oriented. She never simply said no to any idea. We had met a few other IDs during the ID choosing process and ultimately chose Kim. We are certain we made the right decision. It was a renovation with no regrets and we are happy with the end result as it comes to fruition. We met with Enci and decided on the spot that she was the right ID for us! She’s very friendly, responsive and efficient. She also gave us tips on practicality and cost-savings when discussing all the works. The renovation was completed on time and she and her team were very helpful when it came to any rectifications and additional request as well. Would recommend, especially for young couples who have a BTO or are renovating for the first time!

My wife and I are so thrilled with our newly renovated home, and it's all thanks to Russell from Kinjo Studios! We moved into our place five years ago and never got around to doing anything with it. When we finally decided to take the plunge, we met with several interior designers, but none of them quite clicked. From our first meeting with Russell, we knew he was the one. KS was very helpful with helping my mum get her new 2 room BTO flat ready. He didn’t oversell and gave practical suggestions. Even though the scope of work was very small, he went over and above the coordination of timing and installation of carpentry, furniture and aircon. He was patient and understanding, helped my mum with her appliances and providing updates throughout the process with videos and photos. Thank you KS!
