If you're looking for an interior designer who keeps you on your toes, this is the one. Why have a project manager when you can become one yourself? Appointments were cancelled at the very last minute, leaving me to deal with things on my own. On one occasion, I received the floor plan just five minutes before the scheduled discussion, giving me virtually no time to review or prepare. Updates on the project were rarely communicated proactively, and when they were, they often came at the last minute, leaving me constantly scrambling. The project was initially promised to be completed in two months, but dragged on for almost four. Throughout the process, it genuinely felt like my renovation had been deprioritised. Communication was poor, timelines were unrealistic, and there was little accountability when commitments weren't met. There were also far too many empty promises. "I'll get back to you today" often turned into a week later—if there was a follow-up at all. Most of the time, I had to chase for updates instead of receiving them proactively. To give credit where it's due, the contractors, electrician, painter, and the rest of the on-site team were all friendly, polite, and professional. They were a pleasure to deal with whenever I met them. Ironically, I hardly ever saw the interior designer on site throughout the project. I can honestly say I've never felt this frustrated over a service experience. What should have been an exciting milestone became an unnecessarily stressful experience because of the repeated last-minute changes, broken promises, lack of communication, and constant uncertainty. No customer should have to chase for updates or feel like they're managing their own renovation. Overall, the experience felt less like hiring an interior designer and more like being hired as the project manager for my own renovation.

DC Vision Design was the chosen ID company out of the 3 companies we visited. We were able to communicate well with our ID Xandra on our ideas. She also suggested her ideas. She also recommend the colors to go well with the tiles, wall, cabinet and wardrobe. The house came out beautiful because of her. The schedule was planned well and finished on time. She got her workers to rectified any faults.

Una has been very patient with us. As we have many ideas about our new home, she tried her best to work with the constraints that we have and the possibilities that we would like to see. She has also been responsible in following up with the different parts of the home renovation process. Una has also provided suggestions on how we can utilise space for our lifestyles. After meeting with more than 12 interior designers over the course of five months, we finally decided to engage The Three Masons Pte Ltd, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our home renovation. During the reno process there were a few changes and hiccups which they patiently address and work around what we wanted. The workmanship exceeded our expectations. Every detail was carefully executed, and any small issues were resolved promptly without excuses. Their team was professional, organised, and maintained excellent communication from start to finish. It truly felt like they treated our home as if it were their own. What impressed us the most was their honesty and genuine care. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of different materials instead of simply recommending the most expensive options. We never felt pressured into making decisions, and their advice was always practical and in our best interest. During the renovation Paul as a Boss would do regular site inspection which we were impressed that at least someone care compared to our previous renovation. As my parents' kitchen had aged and require a change over, we were lucky to have met Dejian from Yangs Inspiration Design. During the early stage of discussion, Dejian had already established the positive relationship & confident assurance with my parents. His communication was clear and recommendations were sound. Through the renovation process, he had also impressed upon my parents on his professionalism as he had always managed to get back on my parents' queries & feedbacks.
